I loved the regular Bio Trust but it had 7 grams of carbs and that was always a little too much for my blood sugar levels being a type 1 diabetic. Now Bio Trust has made a new product with only 2 grams of carbs and I had my first shake today and it was SO amazing and SO totally delicious and filling ! When I find a new product, I always go to the product reviews. I want to see ratings about things I would have a concern with. I have been using products like this for years now. I use it for a low carb meal replacement. I found a lot of people complaining about the taste. If taste is a problem , I usually change the preparation. If I don’t like it mixed with water I will try it with low fat milk. If I don’t care for that taste I will put it into the blender and add ice and make a shake. When I find something I like, I usually stay with it. With that being said, I bought this product about three weeks ago. I took 4 oz water 1 cup ice and two scoops of low carb lite and blended it. I liked the milk and low carb blend, but really liked the water and ice blend. The ice blend tastes like a ice cream. It was delicious. I plan to use that for my evening meal. Very good. I’ll give it a 5 * Follow up: I don’t know if I have done a follow up before. My review came up when I made another order and no… I don’t get paid or anything else to make a review. I take time to make a review when I find a product that surpasses my expectations. I’m tight and don’t like throwing money away. With that being said, I’m still enjoying this strawberry protein mix. I use it for a meal replacement and it’s my go to when I have a sweet urge( I make a shake with mix, frozen strawberries and bananas and 2 oz water or milk) . Since July I have lost 32 lbs.

I love the fact they have a low carb protein. I make a smoothie every morning adding my collagen and mixed frozen fruits. The flavor is just ok but I love the fact that I can get a good start on daily protein and other necessary vitamins. 20 GRAMS
