Update: Seller was very responsive to the issue and made this right by offering to replace (bulky package with shipping damage to outside box so I didn't even try!). They then went the extra mile and kept in touch and ended up crediting my card enough to cover repair/painting. Product itself works GREAT and is very useful. Appears built to last as well. All in all I recommend this seller & wagon. On arrival: The 1st part for assy was bent in 3 places and had to take to a local repair shop to straighten out & repaint so we could even get it put together. Box was in rough shape BUT the aforementioned part was in the non damaged box of parts inside the rubber tub so it was definitely a quality control issue. Once we paid to fix the defective piece and got it assembled it seems to be a nice addition to help do tasks around the farm. Note: Assembly Instructions could do with a little better detail - or at least a little larger "step" photos so you could better see what to do.

This is a perfect little garden wagon for senior gardeners (and younger, too). So convenient, so light, so maneuverable ... once you get it together. I had to deduct a star for two reasons. First, the instructions were impossible to read. They were entirely visual, not a single word, but they were TINY and SMUDGED. The other reason is the mediocre hardware and the want of two more washers than were supplied -- one junction of steel parts had holes almost big enough to draw the bolt/nut through; but it had only one washer (for the Nylock nut). Fortunately, the cart is "poka-yoked" so you can't assemble it incorrectly unless you're too busy squinting at the "directions" to notice you've left off the dump handle (almost invisible in the "directions"), which I did, of course, and had to undo a few steps to correct. So, if you have any mechanical sense at all, glance once at the "directions" and use your head. Great design, but worst instructions EVER, and DO improve the hardware, too.

I love this wagon. Tires don’t go flat, capacity is large, handle stays upright when released, front swivel is easy which makes maneuvering easy, tips/dumps really easily, assembly was also easy and quick with two people but it could be done by one. We YouTube’d assembly videos for this model which helped quite a bit. I’m very satisfied and glad I went with the large size. (I’ve had a smaller similar wagon not if this brand, in the past, but the wheels went flat constantly and the handle would bang on the ground every time I would let go, and tipping was challenging…just didn’t release easily.). Would highly recommend this wagon if you have a large lot and need larger capacity to move leaves and dirt.

Great garden cart. easy for the wife to manuver in the garden. She loved the dump feature. I have a lot of locust thorns on my property, and the no-flat tires are a real patience saver. Would recommend.

Well built and fairly easy to assemble. Interesting thing is that it comes with bolts that are metric on one end and English on the other. Gave me a chance to use all my wrench set.

I have had a few types of wagons. They've all been prone to tipping over and being hard to maneuver. This wagon is amazing. I first used it to shuttle firewood up a hill. I have filled it with dirt which I took over 100 yards to the dumping place. It held as much as my wheelbarrow and didn't nearly tire me out like using the wheel barrow. Full of dirt it dumped easier than I thought it would. It is stable. Doesn't tip over even when I pull the tongue to the sides. I have manuevered it in tight spots with ease. I am glad someone finally made a truly good wagon. What a tool!
