I got the wagon for carrying bags of dirt and heavy flower pots. It is very sturdy and well built. The sides come down for large items. The assembly was pretty confusing and I had to look at you tube and have my son help (I'm a woman). After 2 hours, we got it together and it worked great. More than I needed, but it will last forever. Love it.

This 400 lb capacity cart is very nice and appears durable. Using it mostly to haul deliveries from our property front gate to our front door (approx 200 feet). Anyhow, it took about an hour or so to assemble as the instructions and diagrams were just ok. The instructions lacked detail on how tight the associated steering bolts should be. You will also want to wait to tighten the front wheel axle bracket, steering parts, bracing brackets, etc until fully assembled to the cart bottom frame. Also, be careful not to over tighten the steering 3 hole plate and the traction assembly. If too tight, it will be hard to turn the wheels (steering) or they won't turn at all (steering). Regarding the back axle bracket and bracing, I too would wait to tighten all bolts once attached to the bottom frame. Lastly, in the instructions there was a part print error. Part 9 (Z-shaped plate) listed 2 pieces when there was only 1 supplied (which is correct for this model)

It is sturdy we put our whole camping supplies, canvas tent, and cast iron camping stove and used it to hike it to our camping spot. It holds up great it is so useful. I also put a small baby mattress in there and loaded the kids up to haul them in while we were hiking over large fields. I use it for firewood hauling and pretty much anything I have to haul over a long distance that is heavy. The sides fold town for large loads and it is so high quality. I LOVE this. It is a heavy cart it is made to take weight so keep that in mind it will be a little difficult to load in a trailer without a ramp. ( I did replace the tires with solid rubber ones so we don't have to worry about flats, because the largest size cart doesn't have the soild rubber tires like the smaller ones do.)

We received the cart and assembled it only to find - on the last step of attaching the sides - that the final the slot for the side hinge on one long side had been welded to the base piece upside down! That means the side cannot be attached properly, so we are left with a three-sided cart! Needless to say, we do NOT want to take the whole thing apart and repackage it for return just to get a base piece that has been welded correctly, and there appears to be no way to get a new CORRECTLY-WELDED base without returning the whole thing. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will not order from this company again.

The parts are all separated and identified nicely in bubble packs, but don't lose any of them! And read the enclosed manual carefully! You need a set of [metric] nut-drivers and a small adjustable wrench. The last pieces, 2 support bars, will have to be adjusted by loosening and tightening one in relation to each other, in order to fit. Once it is together, it is a sturdy and useful transporting vehicle that I use to bring groceries from car to door. I am an 85-year-old woman. It took me 2 days to assemble the wagon, but if I can do it, most people can. Note: the package weighs 44 lbs. so you may need help with lifting.
