It offers greater impact absorption and additional coverage for the temples and rear of the head. A thicker layer of EPS foam provides extra crash protection.

The aerodynamic design contains 10 vents on the front and on the crest of the helmet that actively capture airflow and pass it through the interior cooling channels for better ventilation. In-mold construction weighs less than a pound (0.83 lbs), which helps reduce sweating and heat during long rides. The detachable fabric visor protects the eyes from the sun.

I like everything about this helmet. I tried both the medium and large sizes, and I ended up keeping the large--even with my small head. The large can tighten down to fit my head well, and it also allows me to expand to wear a balaclava or other headwear for my winter commute. The lights are a great addition. The USB-C charging port is a bit difficult to connect, but that is a minor annoyance. The fidlock closure on the strap is great. The interior padding is not the most comfortable, but it is fine. The small hook and loop pads that hold on the padding peel off the helmet interior way too easily, but that is also a very minor complaint. If you are riding a class 2 - 3 ebike, I highly recommend this helmet. ... show more

I took a spill off my Onewheel at a high rate of speed and ended up in the ER with a concussion. The docs say that the helmet really did its job and it would’ve been far worse without it. A. Always wear a helmet Onewheeling, biking, etc and B. This one’s a great choice.

Awesome helmet. It would be nice to have Bluetooth. Especially for how much it costs. Also blinkers put in it would be really nice too. Needs to be upgraded.

I like this helmet. That said i had issues with the lights turning off during a ride and than today, i was not able to turn off the lights when i arrived at my destination. I had turned them back on as they had turned off during a 10 minute ride. After reading other reviews, another user mentioned that their USB C Anker cable wasn’t working to charge it. Lo and behold, I plugged it in via the included cable and it charges (light flashes on back during charging apparently, which it didn’t do with my other usb c charge cable). I cancelled my return and will update this if other issues occur. But otherwise a pretty great helmet. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. All e-bike users look no further, this is the helmet for you!! I recently bought this helmet and after using it for about a month, I can definitely say this is a product worth buying. The price might seem steep, but this is one of the only bike helmets out there right now certified for class 3 e-bike speeds of up to 28mph. Regular bike helmets are only good for 15 mph speeds, so you’re basically paying for double the protection with this helmet. You also get added features that most helmets don’t come with, like front and rear lights for visibility at night, a rear tightening mechanism for a more secure fit, a removable visor to keep the sun out your eyes, and a very well made magnetic latch for easy attachment and removal. The bike also has great ventilation which kept me cool and less sweaty during those hotter days. Another great thing about this helmet is how comfortable it is to wear. There’s soft padding on the inside so you don’t feel the hard surface squeezing your head like other helmets. The padding is also removable for washing which is very convenient, especially if you sweat a lot. My favorite thing about the helmet though, and one of the main reasons I bought it, was how light it was. This helmet weighs less than a pound!! When riding with it, I hardly ever feel like I’m even wearing a helmet, which is surprising given how much protection its supposed to offer. If you look at something with similar protection like a motorcycle helmet, those are bulky and can weigh anywhere from 5-8 pounds. When riding with something that heavy on your head, you definitely feel that weight, and it isn’t as comfortable. The look of the helmet is also pretty modern and stylish. It makes me feel more inclined to wear it since it doesn’t make my head look big or goofy whenever I go out. Overall though, this bike helmet is a very good buy. I couldn’t find a single complaint to give. Not only are you paying for solid protection, but you’re also getting a high quality product made from high quality materials. Nothing on this helmet feels cheap or out of place for its price, you’re for sure getting what you payed for and will not regret getting this helmet. There’s also a sale going on right now, so it’s a perfect time to get it if you’re worried about the price. The last thing I’ll touch on though is the customer service and this company as a whole. I’ve genuinely never met a company so dedicated and willing to accommodate its customers like this company has done. When I first got my helmet, it didn’t fit my head quite right so I got into contact with the company and they helped me out tremendously!! The owner of the company, Benjamin, got back to me and offered to replace my helmet free of charge for one of their unreleased X-large versions!! This was honestly very surprising to me and I was super grateful for Bens help. He updated me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was perfect when it arrived, which it was. So if any of you end up having a problem with your helmets or yours ends up getting broken in an accident, make sure to hit up their customer service.
