Great bike light! Versatile hi/low beam option, lasts a long time on a full charge, has an easy on/off mount, and can charge another device bcuz it's also a power bank. My only issue is that it's a little big and heavy for those looking to keep the weight down. Other than that it's a great light and everyone on the road, from vehicles to other cyclists and pedestrians, is able to see me when it's dark and that improves safety which always comes first.

Works great for those bike rides that go into the sunset. The light is very easy to install. The light is very bright and easy to turn on. Very pleased.

Highly recommend this light- you have the option to choose between warm (not quite as bright) and cool (brighter, but can be touch harsh) or both for the ultimate brightness. It is extremely easy to install and remove, no tools required. You press the top button for cool, white light, the bottom button for warm light, or press one twice for 'hi-beams'. You can also press a single button slowly twice to dim the light. This one does get a little frustrating trying to figure out the buttons though as pressing too much or too fast can result in the strobe effect turning on, or the light not turning off when you want it to. It just takes a bit more patience than some might have. I deducted one star for this. GIven the battery life decrease per minute on hi-beams when I used it to candle some eggs (yes, that bright), I would say it would last about an 1 hour, 1.5 max on high use.

I broke my old bike light on my last trip. It was incorrectly attached, popped off and smashed it's brittle 25 year old plastic on the rocky asphalt. Not really a big loss as its incandescent bulb had grown dim even with fresh batteries. So I was looking forward to replacing it with something new. It's hard to say how much brighter this is than my old one. 10X, 20X? It was like going from a 1999 flip phone to the latest smartphone. So much more capable and with so many more features. Now I can have a long distance (slightly bluish) light or a wide angle (slightly yellowish) light, or both. There are a variety of brightness and blinky levels. It's rechargeable and shows me exactly how much battery I have left (I love that). I can use it to charge other things. Very handy if I need an emergency phone charge. It feels really nice in your hand. The aluminum feels very solid. It would be nice if the front lens were a bit better protected by being recessed, but that seems like the only weakness. If you have to take it off and use it as a flashlight, there are finger holds (but it does get warm, or even hot so be careful doing this). The handlebar mount seems nicely constructed although it is mostly plastic. It has rubber pads on the inside for a solid grip. Once mounted on my bike it didn't move at all. I ran the light on high for a half hour and it went from 91% to 80% so the 4 hour run time at maximum brightness seems accurate. I really can't think of a situation where I'd need full brightness for hours at a time. The mid level brightness should be fine and even the low level is brighter than my previous light. All in all, I'm very happy with this light.

I use my bike for errands in a city. Using a powerful mountain biking light that can blind oncoming traffic is not considerate. I liked the idea of having high and low beams for different road and traffic conditions (as in a car), which is why I chose this light. The construction is very good. The aluminum housing is strong, and is thoughtfully scalloped on the sides to make it easier to grip when attaching to/detaching from the mounting bracket. The separate buttons for high and low beam make it very simple to operate. The buttons are large enough, and located far enough apart, to use easily with gloves. I also like the % capacity indicator. The high beam is just a high-powered spotlight. The low beam has a lens that spreads the light out over a wider angle, so it’s not too powerful in the center. There is no cut-off as auto lights and bike lights that comply with the German StVO have. But both high and low beam have three intensity modes (as well as two flashing), so seeing and being seen without annoying others is not difficult. The battery capacity is adequate for several hours of riding in warm weather. In the cold, it’s still enough for any errand that I typically do. Like many battery-operated devices nowadays, this light can also be used as a power bank. That could come in handy if your phone runs out of juice far from home - if you have the presence of mind to bring along your charging cable. The handlebar bracket is plastic, but quite strong, and can be mounted without tools. You can only adjust the direction of the beam by rotating the bracket up and down. There is no way to turn the light sideways, so the bracket only works properly on a handlebar section that is level and straight. Edit 2/25/24: The light CAN be rotated laterally. There is no latch to allow this; there are just click stops at intervals of about 12 degrees. It works well, so I’m adding another star to my rating. This is a good light set if the bracket works on your bars. I’m satisfied with it.
