My 2 year old was always getting into the fridge and loved to get out the eggs and spin/roll them on the floor. Many were broken. I decided to buy him some safer toy eggs and that way he can spin and throw them all he wants. They look so real I have thought on multiple occasions that he got real ones out again. Grand babies love playing with these - pretending to cook eggs fro breakfast. The carton is very sturdy. The only down side, is the paint on an egg came off easily when my granddaughter tried to bite it.
