We got our kids these for Christmas and they love them. Pro. They work great and my 6 year old is ecstatic she can now compare steps with us. Pro. Customer service from this company is amazing. The USB part that connects to the band broke on one of them. I contacted them, sent them pictures and they quickly set a new one. Con. The time lags after a while, but once I sync to the app it fixes. My kids do not have phones so it's not always synced so maybe that is the time problem. 9y a small problem. UPDATE: The sellers contacted me to remedy the problem. I have added an extra 2 stars for their customer service! My daughter is happy that she has a working watch again! And with the help of their customer service team, I got some troubleshooting tips and it has the 2nd new one working again! Looks like it was user error. Thankfully they followed up and helped me out. I think if your kids take good care of their things, there should’ve be an issue with parts of it breaking off. Gentle push and pull from the charger. ORIGINAL POST: I purchased two of these, one for each kid. They were initially excited to use them. One charged easily, the other was intermittent. And then it stopped charging all together. My kids then lost interest in them but occasionally ask if they’re working again. I downloaded the app and realized I could have only one user which required me to log out and log in as another user. I’d like it to work longer than 3 months and for this sales page to say you need to download an app for you to track steps, sleep, etc. ... show more

We ordered this product for our children to track their steps and other activity. It has been fairly durable and has withstanding most "kid activity". The charging feature was a bit delicate and on one of the bands, it fell apart. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly resolved the issue. While these things are unfortunate, we're happy with the level of service received. We will certainly look into purchasing other BiggerFive products due to this level of service. ... show more

I bought this watch for my child, and she loved it. It is a good, simple activity tracker for kids, at an affordable price. It keeps track of basic activities like steps, active minutes, and calories burned. It sinks easily with my phone. The only problem we had was that one of the tracker ends that slides into the watch band broke after about 6 months. I took a picture and contacted the seller, and they handled the matter quickly and efficiently. They sent an entire new set within 1-2 days of me contacting them. This watch works really well for our needs. I bought one for my 10 year old daughter and one for my 8 year old son. My daughter's is still working fine with no complaints. However my son has a habit of fiddling with the band. Nothing too aggressive, he just keeps taking the watch off and putting it on again. He has now broken two of these watches in four months. The part that you put into the USB port is what has broken off in both cases. I would recommend this watch if you have basic needs for a child, however if you have a figity child it might not hold up. ... show more

Updating below review, 5 stars for customer service, 3 (but pending--could end up being higher--for device): After posting my jury-is-still-out review below, I received a message from the merchant expressing their concern about my experience and offering to send a new device at no extra cost=excellent customer service. However, because I really don't want to add to the amount of electronics and detritus being added to the landfill, I'm still holding onto the original in hopes that the performance improves. It still unpairs from the phone app and zeroes out occasionally, but when all is said and done, it has accounted for all of my steps at the end of the day, and that's what I wanted. So for the little bit of hassle, I'm still fairly pleased with it, and if it continues to be buggy I have the merchant's promise to replace it. Original review: I purchased this based on fairly positive reviews. Wanted something light, inexpensive, no bells and whistles--essentially just a step tracker. I'd been using an app on my phone but bc there are times I'm not carrying it--for instance at exercise class--it wasn't counting a full day's steps. As far as light, inexpensive, etc, check, check and check. As far as accuracy goes, this device might over count, so the truth probably lies somewhere in between the phone app and this device. But the biggest issue is it often just stops working. The screen/display gets stuck on zero and no amount of tapping or swiping changes that, so I have to re-sync it through the app. At no time is the device further than 30 feet from the phone/app, so it should not "un-pair." Fortunately re-syncing has worked and the data is saved, but I feel like I shouldn't have to go through that process. Not sure whether I'll put up with it or return it: mean, it's kind of a champagne problem in light of everything else going on in the world.
