Horrible product. I never write reviews but it is unfortunate that a product this expensive has such a short customer support or return window. This product lasted about a month before it would no longer charge. The microphones will charge but the machine will not so it is useless. It looks like from previous reviews they know this is an issue and should do something to improve the product or stop selling it. They should offer at least a year warrant on the device that was only purchased in December and is now worthless. Honestly it shouldn’t be allowed to be sold on Amazon if they are not going to fix this problem. At this point you cannot message the seller at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Very unfortunate because it was a lot of fun while it worked.

Love everything about this except that it advertised 7 color options and it seemed like it was suggesting 6 color options and then the 7th would cycle between all colors which was the interested I had in this particular item. Unfortunately it is only 7 solid color options with no cycling color. This is not enough of a reason to return the product. The best thing is that the microphones pair automatically and as long as they are on CH/A and CH/B you can use them at the same time with no issue. Crisp, clear sound and a lot of power from this rather small machine.

I loved this product for the first 3 months, used it about 1x every other week. Around month 4 we noticed that the microphone would appear to be fully charged but when removed from the base, the microphones would then die completely. Can’t return due to it being outside the 30 day period, and disappointed that the microphones lasted less than half a year. 😞 EDIT: Customer Service reached out to me to help resolve the situation. Was told this was not normal and sent me a new speaker with new microphones. They work great and I will continue to monitor to make sure the microphones hold their charge.
