I write this review as I'm sitting on it. It looks just like the photo and it's super confortable! I bought 2 like 4 months ago and they are still big and filled. I can see why someone would wanna buy extra beans for it but I don't think that is necessary at least for now.

    • Comfortable but FAR BIGGER than expected!
My daughter loves this thing but it takes up practically 1/4 of her room! It's HUGE!! Although it's super comfortable, it's not a good selection if your space is tight. More appropriate for a large family/bonus room as opposed to a bedroom.

    • Doesn't hold up
We purchase the gray shag model and after a few months of normal use (sitting while reading), this chair developed holes in the fabric. We fixed the first few, but they are appearing at a rate too fast for us to keep up with. The room where this is located is covered in small white foam balls. Seems like such an easy fix for the manufacturer: to put the beads in some kind of a plastic or fabric bag that would be inserted into the shell to prevent the beads from escaping even if a hole in the outside developed. Very disappointed and suspect that we'll have to throw this in the garbage soon. ... show more

I was so excited to try this even after reading many reviews it wasn't comfortable. Unfortunately the reviews were correct. It's so over filled it is hard like a chair. I couldn't sink in at all and would slide right off (5'3" 120). In addition it is spot clean only so I was very disappointed it came in nothing but a damaged box. Sadly returning it. ... show more
