    • Update: Works better once I adjusted things
I got this to help stop me from slouching or hunching. I’m 5’9” 195lbs. It’s about at the limits size wise for someone to easily get on/off. The problem with this is that it doesn’t really pull my shoulders back in a way that stops me from having bad posture. Previously I made a simple figure 8 out of stretchy physical therapy bands and it did a better job of pulling my shoulders back, preventing me from having bad posture. To get this to do anything, you have to pull the straps so tight it’s uncomfortable under your armpits and I can still hunch over. UPDATE: I rotated the harness backwards on my shoulders and it is much better now. ... show more

The first time I used was for a long walk (3 hours), I didn’t feel any discomfort very surprised, I used it for 3 weeks and my posture was improved so quickly.
