I have only had this chair for a couple of weeks. For the price, I don't expect a lot of longevity. I bought it to replace a bean bag chair. This chair takes up more space than a bean bag chair, but it's still movable. Follow the instructions to wait 48 hours. It was more comfortable after 48 vs 24. This is a nice chair. It is very sturdy and holds its shape for the type of chair that it is and doesn’t cave in when you move around. It is big enough for an adult and also works perfect for a child. It has some weight to it but is still easy for an adult to move around. Yhe fabric is soft and comfortable. The only drawback is that the chair does feel lumpy due to the size of the foam. I wish that the foam was in smaller chunks. The chair is still comfortable even with the larger chunks. It’s a decent bean bag. I’m glad I got the ottoman as it reduces the chances of slipping off. Also, helps distribute your weight which prevents for the ends from being smashed down and becoming a slide overtime. Make sure to flat down the top as much as you can after 48 hours to reduced the bulkiness and roundness; it hurt my neck not doing that prior. It’s firm which its perfect for watching tv and reading. It does not put me to sleep. I’m 4’10 with a short torso and my head reaches the top. I’m giving it 4 stars as I wished the top was a bit more softer and less bulky. Hopefully overtime it will gradually soften. Update: it hurts my neck. The back is too rounded. Unfortunately is too late for me to return it. The only way I can use it is sitting on it upside down.
