IF YOU'RE STILL DEBATING ON WHICH TREADMILL TO BUY, STOP NOW AND BUY THIS ONE! I spent like 3+ hours looking at treadmills to buy online, and I finally settled on this one due to its mph range (you can jog!), the reviews, the price, and its ability to fold. I am so glad I purchased this treadmill--it's perfect! It's very quiet, it's wide enough and long enough for me (I am 5'3" and I have come nowhere close to accidentally stepping off the sides or the back), and it's easy to move around--I store it under my little couch! Also, by the way, my treadmill came with a piece of paper that had the company's email on it and it stated that I could get a 6-month warranty if I emailed that email address! The customer service for this product is A M A Z I N G. Upon opening my treadmill and using it for the first time, I saw that one of the tiny lights that made up the numbers wasn't working. I emailed the company pictures hoping for a quick and easy fix, and they sent me an entire screen replacement piece! Unfortunately. it was the wrong replacement piece (the outlet and cords did not match--the outlet had 4 prongs and the cord had 5 prongs). Upon emailing the company again and showing them photos of the problem, they decided to send me an entire second treadmill!!! I asked if I had to send the replacement piece or the first treadmill back, and they said no! I was in shock! I am a broke graduate student who has 5 jobs to make ends meet, and this act of kindness and wonderful example of fantastic customer service has been absolutely unparalleled--what a pleasant surprise!! ... show more

Decent product. But needs adjustment before use. Manual states lube not required for initial use but on first run the belt pulsated and dragged when first trying to walk on it. Considered return but on further inspection it seemed solvable. Included manual does not go into significant detail on how to lube the belt but it is not too difficult to infer. Remove the two rear screws on the cover plate (see pic. located above and below the adjustable hex bolt), remove cover, slide the plastic protected rail cover off (towards the rear), loosen both adjustment hex bolts and follow instructions on how to apply the silicone lube under the tread belt. I backed off 4 complete rotations on both adjustment bolts to give enough slack to get my arm under the belt. When I tightened back I went an extra revolution in to see if this helped the previous drag issues. I believe it did. Assemble covers in reverse. I also applied 5-6 lines of lube and when put back together I let it run for about 2 minutes to let it spread evenly. Ran smooth and as expected after this maintenance. Only other item I may have overlooked before buying is to extend the armrest, the operator must unscrew the hinge bolts out with the Allen tool to allow the it to rotate up or stow down. Then retighten. A cam lock or pin might have been better method. Not a huge issue but it’s a gift for the wife on hot summer days and she’ll have to use the tool to set it up and take it down. Again, not a lot of skill or strength but an extra step if stowing it in a closet or under the couch. Also, a recess to stow the Allen tool on the unit might have been nice. I’ll find a clip bracket to mount on the housing to keep the tool close. Edit: there is a tool stowage bracket on the side of the armrest. ... show more
