TLDR; These are great and dark! Approved! I had to write a review partly because of how long I spent reading/comparing reviews on every affordable “black out curtain” on Amazon that I could find and felt like a review like mine woulda sold me on these sooner. Firstly- they’re great and I am happy with my purchase and definitely recommend these! I just moved into a place where the sun rises right in my window and there are days I don’t wanna be up at 6am. I already have slatted window blinds, but those are generally useless for light filtration. These are not necessarily BLACK OUT curtains. If you are looking for a 3rd shift sleeper or nursery, these MIGHT not be dark enough for you. **However**!! Having tried to sleep with the blinds not doing anything and then these? It’s literally night and day difference. They were PLENTY dark enough to aid my sleeping in, and I’m a very light sleeper. So while they aren’t technically BLACK OUT- they are ABSOLUTELY darkening enough to sleep with. I am picky and pleased. Secondly, as you can see, the landlord unfortunately have the apartment walls painted a cream color - that just so happens to match my bed frame exactly lol. With warm lighting on top of that, I really wanted a color that would crisp and cool the space down from its warmness. Choosing the right blue took a while as most blue curtains offered are a greyish/muted color or a dark blue, or an aqua/greenish tinted blue - all of which would make the room look dingy. This blue color is really nice, light and airy but still modest. Thirdly, they came wrinkled, as to be expected with packaging. So expect to iron or steam before hanging, but don’t set your iron too hot. I used a small iron and it didn’t do great, I wish I had a steamer. Lastly- In the photos, with the curtains closed, it seems like there is a lot of light coming thru and that deterred me in seeing this in others photos. Tried to show the difference with them drawn, but really assuring you, it’s not too bright!

I did not expect the quality to be as good as it is. I replaced blinds with these curtains to better block out direct sun in Summer and cold in Winter. It's clearly dual function. Further, much easier to remove and wash than it is to wipe down blinds. It came in a set of 2 panels, but I used each panel for a different window on tension rods. Total WIN-WIN for me with the affordability, quality, 2 window coverage per set, blackout and room temperature control. Nice smooth shein but certainly not overbearing.

The colors is cool has like a blue ish after tint on them that i like, they are black out, if you close the windows it helps to darken more the room, if u leave them open ish u can see by the picture they are a bit only a bit sheer, but from outside is like total privacy & they also like help to keep the room like cold or warm like longer is really cool. Very high quality curtains have the same one for one rooms of the rooms in Royal blue, amazing color.

Purchased these to use with a clip style traverse rod system and they worked perfectly! They are full blackout drapes but lightweight so did not cause concern for pulling on the drapery bar. Love the 2 pack! Very cost effective! We did have to iron which took awhile but will only need to do it once. We purchased the navy which was a true blue. Very happy with our selection!

These curtains saved my sanity. The rod pocket curtains can be adjusted to fit the size of my windows. They have so far run an inch short on 62L and way too long on 72 L.

We used these to replace an old window treatment that had seen better days. This window gets harsh morning sun and these panels were a great choice. They are not total blackout curtains but they only let pinpoints of light through the fabric. Another great plus is the backside is the same color as the front so the view from outside the window is great. Minimal wrinkling from packing that ironed out easily on a low setting with light steam. Would defintely buy again if needed.
