We bought my son the Bezgar 1 truck for Christmas. He had wanted a quality RC truck for quite some time, but not knowing if it would be a passing phase I didn't want to drop several hundred bucks if he would get bored with it. I read all the reviews and decided to roll the dice and am I ever glad that I did. The whole family has had so much fun that I decided we needed a second truck, mostly because I was tired of waiting for my turn. When I saw this new Bezgar 7 truck, it was just what I was looking for. I don't need a big truck like my son's (his is the older 1:10 version) and you can't beat the price. This is a fantastic way to get into what is typically a very expensive hobby at the fraction of the cost. And these trucks truly are hobby grade. Well built, very durable (with replaceable parts in case anything ever does break), and most importantly FAST. I was worried that the smaller truck wouldn't be as fast but I had nothing to worry about. The controller has a speed adjustment so you can slow it down for beginners My son, 12, ran it at a slower speed for the first ten minutes to get the feel for it, but has been running it full throttle ever since. A neighbor down the street also bought his kids RC trucks for Christmas, and his (4-5 times more expensive) trucks have nothing on these guys. Battery life is fantastic, better than advertised. Even over mixed terrain (dirt, grass, lots of snow) I expected to get 15-20 minutes per charge but it is more like 40. One thing to be careful of is that the plastic shells will become brittle in the cold, this is in no way the fault of the manufacturer or the product, this would happen to any RC car or any plastic for that matter. It's just science (ask anyone who drives a soft-top jeep in the winter). My son did manage to crack the body on one of the trucks after flipping it several times on a particularly cold day (cold enough there is probably a warning somewhere in the documentation). That was totally our own fault. And even so, it is barely even noticeable. Bezgar support has been fantastic to work with. I did not have any issues, but when I contacted them for warranty registration they let me pick spare parts that they sent, I chose extra batteries, because you can never have too many batteries. I will update if anything changes but at this time I am extremely satisfied with the performance and value of both trucks as well as with Bezgar. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future

This rc car is fast fun and very inexpensive! It's very big and can take some bashing and jumps no prob. I got the 1/16th model last year and it's like a hot wheel in comparison. Also the pivot mounts on my 1/16th scale broke in minutes but I haven't had any issues in 3h of run time with this 1/12 model. The tires are very sturdy and can bounce of anything, the tread is best for track road and dirt. It will go through tall grass about up to your ankle no prob. One other issue I had with the 1/16th model is the tires were not as good and dirt would get in the air holes and cause the tires to wobble. But no issues here. The run time is 35-40min if you have the speed all the way up witch is really great. The 1/16th packs last about 15m. So half of the main drive shaft is uncovered and rocks and sticks get stuck up in there, no issues yet, but with the 1/16th model I got a rock stuck in it and tore my spear gear all up, had to get a metal replacement. This thing is super fast and much more controlled than the 1/16th one. The shocks work great and I rarely tip it over. It takes about 3 house to change the battery and getting extra is always a good idea, just be sure to run the battery out as much as you can to get the max charge and if you put it away for a while be sure to fully charge them so they last longer. There customer service is great and if you have any issues you can email them and they send you replacement parts no prob. There is a warranty card for a year, just be sure to send it in.

The media could not be loaded. These RC’s are a great option, less expensive than their counterparts, extremely durable and having the two batteries makes them last a good amount of time (30-40min) as long as your not going full throttle all out the whole time. I picked up two, one for my son who had been asking for an RC and another that his brothers or myself could join him with, they worked great out of the box, small enough that you could easily take on a road trip or put in a bicycle basket, just big enough to have some fun with. Very zippy, almost too much so for their size, they’ll launch, take a hard fall, and keep on going (even much larger than the attached video). There also seems to be a good amount of aftermarket options as well if needed. We’ve used them 7 or 8 times so far and they’re still running great.

** Update: since my last update, Bezgar now has a large Amazon store and most replacement parts are widely available. This is a great entry level car. It withstands lots of abuse and when something does break its easy to find replacements and easy to repair car (simple engineering). I’ve now had multiple other RC cars and while you can get faster ones, they are expensive and difficult to repair. I’m very happy with this car. Kids love it. We’ve taken it to the beach, made jumps for it, driven in every surface and it’s still going. Great entry level car. *Update: company reached out and replaced one of the faulty servos. A little more responsive after initial review. If they are responsive I can recommend as a good entry level car. I’ll update again if needed. First the positive: fun beginner brushed motor RC car. Easy to use out of the box and plenty fast. Good looking, rides well, balanced. The bad: unfortunately, the quality of the RC is really lacking. Everything breaks very rapidly. The shocks break, the steering motor breaks. And there are no upgrade parts and replacement parts are expensive and you have to pay for shipping unless you buy 80$ worth. Customer service is polite, but they don’t stand by their product. I purchased two steering servos which quit on me after two uses, and they won’t replace those. Bottom line I can’t recommend the car as you’ll just be disappointed or will have to continuously buy expensive low quality parts. There are other similarly priced brands online with better initial quality, upgrade availability and parts access.
