We’ve been having some issues with our Bugatti RC car, which has been a favorite in our house for a while. It goes through periods of working perfectly and then suddenly slows down or stops completely. At first, we thought it was just the batteries, but after getting a better tester, we ruled that out. Even after replacing the batteries in both the remote and the car, the problem persisted. The car would run fine for a few seconds, then just stop, which was so heartbreaking, especially during family races. Frustrated, I reached out to Bezgar privately to see if they could help, and I was honestly blown away by how helpful and responsive they were. They took my concerns seriously from the start and didn’t just offer basic troubleshooting tips. Instead, they were extremely diligent and committed to resolving the issue. They were incredibly patient, thoroughly listened to the details, and quickly decided to replace the car. What really impressed me was their follow-up.
