It is just as promised and a lot of fun straight out of the box. I highly recommend an area the size of a football field to fly it. It's lightweight and the wind can catch it easily, so prepare to crash it to keep the wind from sweeping it away. I'm brand new to RC planes (this is my first), and this one easy enough to fly that I haven't had any issues. The battery life is just fine, it seems as though I get an actual 45 mins to an hour of actual air time before I change the plane battery. I haven't needed to change out the remote batteries yet...I did crack a wing after a hard dive, but a piece of clear box tape took care of that and I was back in the air. That was my purpose for buying this inexpensive plane..it's a great leaner without risking a fortune.

I bought something similar for my nephew a couple years back for half the price, it was great and the "styrofoam" fuselage and wings were quite durable. It could hit a tree at full speed and sustain no damage. This product on the other hand is awful. I flew it for a total of 5 or 10 minutes before I boxed it back up for return. In addition to it being softer foam, it also had control issues. They claim 3 channel and I assumed that was for roll, pitch and power. Unfortunately there are no ailerons so turning is all by asymmetric power. The trim features would have been nice if they worked, but it would never fly true. I'm a professional pilot by trade and I couldn't get this to ever fly straight. I know it's just a cheap toy, but honestly it's a piece of junk. Spend a bit more money I suppose you might get something that works

Best drone my 9 yo has had yet. Easier to fly than quad-copter style drones because the airplane design helps you understand what direction you are flying. Pros: speed, ease of use, battery length, durability (for the most part), coolness, came with replacement blades and we have actually it had to replace them in the first two months of use because the blades are protected Cons: louder than I'd like, son broke the foam when pulling the battery out after a few uses but we were able to super glue it back to together and it still works great! We have had three or four drones before and this is the only one I would reorder

This is not for beginners. My son wanted an RC plane for Christmas, but this one broke on the first flight. It is cute, good speed and easy to control but once it hit the ground it broke in two. The size is true to product description and a good value for the money. The functionality and the flyability were great for an 11 year old but durability is low.

Really fun RC plane! Super easy to set up and fly, even if you’re new. It flies smooth and feels stable in the air. Battery life is decent too. Definitely worth it
