Waited several years for a product like this. It's not perfect, but definitely does most of what it says it will. You can experience light red or 'burn' briefly, but it was actually random and not frequent nor intolerable. Definitely will need to give a few days, mine was one week, until figuring out how much and exactly where to apply the gel. Definitely can get a white residue from misapplication, just not a frequent issue after about a week of figuring out how much to use. Also, definitely can dap finger in water, shake off excess water, and very lightly dab or touch lightly areas of concern and all is well. I can agree with most of the comments once it dries and if your face is not properly moisturized it can leave a product look. BUT!!!!!! I suffer from bags under the eyes and a wrinkle forhead & i found The simplest solution is to properly moisturize your face other than that you get a instant results in about 2 minutes you will feel your face start to tingle you will feel like your skin is tightening and once it is completely dried your face is so soft to the touch. Nobody likes the agent process but I can definitely say this will drastically slow it down. I do notice over of course five to seven hours the product may run off simply because you are sweating but it is such a small compact product you can easily keep it in your pocket run to the bathroom and lightly reapply and you are good for the rest of your shift I am definitely going to be ordering more again once this is out! You do not have to apply a massive amount to get the effect just a small tear drop will go a long way I would recommend using it on targeted areas versus your whole face to slow down the product usage but if you don't care I say a play to the entire face but you will be ordering more a little bit more frequently.

Terrible product. Left a white film on my face and actually made the bags under my eyes look worse. Total waste of money — tossed it straight in the trash.

This product worked quite well for your baggy eyes. However, it doesn't last very long. It will only last for a few hours and you will need to re-apply it. It is great when using for photo-op or a quick video when you don't want to show your baggy eyes.

The lotion seems to tighten up the skin like dried glue however it appears to somewhat do the job. When left on all day, the area which was treated becomes irritated, red and burns. I had to remove with water and by morning, most of the red irritation on the skin was gone. Since everyone's skin reacts differently, for me, I'm not sure it's worth the pain for the little gain!

i don't recommend it i can see with prolonged use damaging your skin! it does reduce eye bags some but leave skin dry and rough also comes off easily and bags are back immediately

I’m sure like others I have been curious to know if this would take care of the bags under my eyes. Well I don’t have to wonder any longer. I like this product and at the cost it is by far less expensive. It is easy to use I did not notice any white residue and it absolutely made my saggy eyes look tighter and less puffy! It did not however take the dark circles away. Maybe that happens when used a longer period of time. It works just the same as the 200.$ one I tried. I would recommend you take a chance.

I have frequently puchased products like this only to become highly disappointed with the outcome. They usually leave a dry crusty feel on your skin and also leave a visable residue. This one DOES NOT DO THAT. it works and lasts a fairly long time. I use some around 5 pm, it lasted all night and when I woke up in the morning , it was still working. I was so happy with it that I purchased a 2nd container. I highly recommend that you do a Trial & Error with this product to find the right amount to use for each application. I am a 76 year old guy with little to NO wrinkles at all but do to poor sleep from medical issues , baggy bottom eye lids are noticeable. This product eliminates that. Actually , I wash and shave every monthing and use this product around 10 to 15 min after my morning routeen if I plan on leaving my home for any reason. I usually use this around 8 am and several hours later ( after 12 noon ) it's still working like it was just applied. I also keep a spare applicator in my car just in case I am out for the DAY/NIGHT and I start to notice it wearing off.
