I am really impressed with this pillow. As a side and backsleeper. I’ve gone through quite a few pillows over the years, and this one is a stand out. What I love most is that it conforms exactly to the shape I like, and it stays that way. If I ever want to refluff it, it easily bounces back to its original form without losing support. It also comes with a small bag of extra shredded memory foam, which I really appreciate. I prefer my pillows on the flatter side, so I actually removed a bit of the filling for more customizable feel. But if you like something firmer , you can just add more in. That flexibility makes it perfect for different sleeping preferences. This pillow is just what I have been looking for! It is nice and soft and adjustable depending upon the amount of foam you put inside it. It comes with an additional bag of foam. The foam is in small pieces and seems of good quality. Not like the previous pillow I purchased from another company that was filled with subpar scrap foam. I also like that it has a cooling side and a bamboo side. I like both sides. They're different.

Memory foam pillows have been around for a while and are generally good. This pillow, however, takes it a step further. The practicality of the cooling technology in the fabric is a game-changer, keeping my head and neck cool throughout the night. No more waking up sweaty or flipping your pillow to the cool side! The shredded memory foam provides the perfect balance of comfort and support. It molds to the shape of my head and neck, offering excellent support without feeling too firm. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality and no more neck pain in the morning. Although it is said to be the Queen size, it is too large, and it would be great if this could be improved.

I didn't care about the cooling feature and I guess that's fine, but this pillow is so very nice!!! It's the perfect support for a side sleeper. I can shape it a bit to fit my neck perfectly. I'm so happy I got it!

This is an awesome pillow. I have struggled to find a decent one that is cooling, supportive, but not too firm. This one is great because you take take out the filling if it’s too much. I took out a couple of hand fulls and it’s perfect. Less expensive than similar brands and super comfortable.

Feels good it’s been a couple days of use. The cold side is actually chilly which is cool! Very plush and the extra foam they provide is a plus. But I subtracted two stars because it has a tendency to leave lint and long strings tangled in my beard and hair. It’s almost like spider webs. I didn’t want to put a pillow case over it. Didn’t want to take away the cool factor with a case outside of the case it’s already wrapped I.

Comes stuffed to a point where it is already very firm so didn't need any of the extra filler. I am fairly big person that side sleeps so I wanted good support and this provides that. The foam has some give so the head forms a groove, but not too deep. Cool to start, but like allow pillows will warm up eventually unless they are actively cooled in some way.
