1st I'll say this is a beautiful design, I love the roses. But... dang it!!! I will be sending this back. It's useless in my opinion. It's gonna break in no time and for what I paid it should be ten times more durable. I'm really disappointed because like I said I LOVE the rose design. I would never of ordered this knowing what I know now. Bummer!!!

It was so fast to identify on the luggage carousel. It held up beautifully to 9 straight days of being unpacked, repacked, and thrown into and out of trunks of cars and backs of trucks and 4 flights. Not even a scratch on the gloss finish. Plus it’s Betsy Johnson… which is always a win. So far no damage or hint of damage at all on zippers, wheels, handles, name tag, or finish.

This is a big case. Lots of room and you can put stuff on both sides. And it’s super cute. I’m worried about the durability of the zippers though. We shall see if they hold up.
