So far this remote control has been the best one I've bought. I have 3 boys and have bought my fairshare of these and either they are hard to control. They eat the battery life too fast or they are broken within a week. This one has been the best one I have bought. I bought it for my 7 year old and he love it. It has music, smoke(water) Easy to control, the wheels help with stunting. My boys made a ramp with boxes from Christmas and this car had no problem going up and landing the ramps. We haven't taken it outside yet because it's winter but we plan on it this spring and summer! Great buy so far!

This is an awesome toy! You have to buy this remote control monster truck. It’s like being at a monster truck show. The music, the lights, the smoke. We have only played with it on hard wood floors.

I bought this as a birthday present for my 6 year old grandson. He immediately smiled and was impressed with the art work and the shark fin. The wheels are soft and large which makes them ideal for outside use. The rolled through high grass, over small obstacles, and across gravel equally well. The smoke was a bit lackluster and the preprogrammed songs became annoying to me quickly, but he loved it all. The lights and the options to have them steady, or flashing made another selling point for him. I was impressed by him running it off a ramp onto concrete, (about 2 feet high) and not a crack or scratch on it. Overall it is not super fast, but for a six year old new to the hobby it was the perfect gift.
