I have a puppy right now, but he is expected to reach 80lbs. I wanted to get a crate that could grow with my dog and that is why I bought this crate. It has a divider, which is easy to put in, so that you can make it bigger as your dog grows. When I first got it, I was a little hesitant about setting it up, but it probably took me about 10 minutes to do so. And once you see how it works, it is so easy to fold it back down and transport it in the car. I also love that the crate comes with a tray because it makes it a lot easier to clean. One reason why I chose this crate over others is the two doors. I have found that crates with one door make it harder to clean and you can only set up the crate one way. We have two cats and were (currently still are) affected by the Palisades Fire which has decimated our city. We had evacuated 5 wks prior when hit by the Franklin Fire and had older small crates which gave no room for anything but blankets and a bowl. It was really tough getting them to use the litter box outside the crate and water bowls were getting water everywhere. So when we got home I bought these thinking it might be years before we used them. 5 weeks later we've been evacuated for a week. The cats have stayed happily in their crates (we're not somewhere they can be out easily) with room for a bed, some blankets, their water fountains and litter boxes. The weight is not prohibitive for a small but strong female, with a handle on the side to make lifting easy. The size a large enough but still fits easily in my husband's car. I know they're for large dogs but they're basically condos for cats. The bases lip keeps and escaped litter in, they're easy to clean and supper easily to fold and unfold making assembly a breeze. Quality seems solid. We threw away the additional partition as we didn't needed for our needs. ... show more

Great crate for the price, came fast and was easy to put together. I will say if you’re concerned your dog may be destructive, this may not be the best choice. The steel while durable, could definitely bend with an aggressive chewer. Plenty of space for my 16 week old Dalmatian Lab puppy to grow into! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The 24 inch crate is SMALL. As in I am now upgrading to a 48 inch for my 4 month old runt Pomeranian to fit a small bed and a puppy pad. The 24” is tiny, it does not close a doorway, does not fit a bed and pad. However in my video you see a pad and bed just know the bed is TINY and the pad is folded in half to fit which I don’t recommend. It’s still good for traveling and folds up easily. The doors get stuck all the time tho which is frustrating. I think for $20 it’s a good lay down spot for a toy/ xxs pet. My dog was about a lb and a half in the video. He’s now about 4 lbs and I am getting a 48 inch cage. Skip this size for a small dog unless it’s strictly for travel purposes. ... show more

I’ve had this kennel for over 2 years now, and it’s still in perfect shape — no rust, no issues at all! I use it for my two wiener dogs, and they both fit comfortably with room to stretch. It’s also spacious enough to fit a medium-sized dog if needed. One of my favorite features is the two-door design — super convenient for positioning in different spaces and for easy access. I bought this crate for my puppy, and I’m extremely happy with it. It was very easy to assemble—no tools needed—and the instructions were clear and simple. The structure is solid and secure, making it perfect for training or giving my pup a safe, cozy space of his own. The size is just right, with plenty of ventilation, and the plastic tray at the bottom makes cleaning super easy. I also love that it has two doors with secure latches, which makes it very convenient to access from different angles. It fits nicely into a corner without taking up too much space.
