This would be a great tool if they didn't advertise it as 10,000psi then supply a hose that's only rated at 8,700psi. What's that all about? But even worse is supplying a hose with 3/8" NPT ends. I can't think of any other autobody or shop tool that uses anything other than 1/4" for high pressure hoses and fittings. I made an adapter for this pump and will use my 10k 1/4" hoses to fit the equipment I already have. Be warned, nobody makes the 3/8" NPS to 1/4" NPT adapter that I could find. That's right, the pump is 3/8 NPS and needs a seal. ... show more

All in all I think this was a good buy. The pump itself looks solidly constructed and is equivalent to all the other generic 10k psi pumps I have seen. The quick couplers provided are pretty good quality C 604 type threaded for 3/8" NPT. The hose however went right in the trash. Its WAY to short about 3.3 feet , not marked (no pressure rating) and the threads appear to be either totally out of spec NPT or 3/8" BSPP or BSPT ... Why include the hose if its not suitable to the application? You can't use a foot pump (designed to be on the ground) with a short hose for a bench mounted tool and the thread mismatch (or out of spec) and lack of pressure rating make it very sketchy for 10,000psi hydraulic rams or jacks. ... show more

I was excited to use this on my rolling bridge jack for my four post lift as I currently have a manual pump. The box arrived damaged, which I originally chalked it up to the delivery from UPS as it has some weight to it. When I opened it, there was heavy black grease buildup on the top. Then I discovered that there was hydraulic oil already in the reservoir. It looks like some people have received it with and without oil in the reservoir. Mine was either used or sitting in an exposed warehouse with the amount of black dirt/grease on the top. ... show more

Got 2 of those on March 19 2020 and thay worked great as a siser lift for front and rear on my 4 post lift but now less then one year latter one has lost powe the very same truck it lifted 3 months ago it would not lift today what is the warranty?
