This product ships in two separate boxes and didn't initially look like they sent the correct order. I called customer service after I received the first box and left a message with them. They called me back a few hours later and explained that the rest was coming in a later shipment. They were very nice and helpful. It took about two hours for me to assemble by myself. It wasn't difficult and everything is labled but there were a lot of pieces with the extra shelf, keyboard, and high/low feature. They provide a screwdriver but I highly recommend using a power drill unless you want it take even longer. It works beautifully. It is very smooth and quiet when moving. It is solid and looks great. Gifted this to my husband and he loves this desk. He did complain some of the holes were not drilled properly but nothing he couldn’t manhandle in place lol. The desk looks wonderful and not cheap at all. The pictures don’t really do it justice. I’m very happy with this purchase and he loves being able to adjust the height with the touch of a button. The only thing I’d change about this desk is wheels. I almost didn’t buy this due to lack of mobility however this was the only desk this size and with this function that actually had a carriage for the pc. Glad I bought it anyway and to make up for the wheels we just put furniture sliders under the legs- easy peasy. I would definitely recommend this desk. ... show more

This desk is great! I was using a small roll away desk with a keyboard drawer for the last 7 years, which is fine but I was just a little squished. This desk allowed me to put the bookcase part on the side where my other desk had been and it is almost the same dimensions, so now I have a lot more room! It only took about 2 hours to put together, everything was labeled correctly and very easy to put together. Usually when I put furniture together, there are holes misaligned or the labels can be confusing, but this went together like peanut butter and jelly! LOL As I was putting it together, I didn't realize that there's also a light (usb) underneath the monitor stand, that's awesome! I am always complaining I don't have enough light to work remotely or while playing games, now I do!! The price also didn't break the bank! Great buy!! ... show more

    • Nice but hard to assemble
The desk is very nice and sturdy and beautiful. Love all the storage it has for small spaces! Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it was such a pain to put together. I would say you have to have a drill, would be difficult without that and without a ratcheting wrench. There are a million pieces and even with those tools it took me like 3 hours.
