These batteries look and feel basically the same as first-party batteries from DJI, except the color is slightly different. I wouldn't have noticed it if I didn't see another reviewer mention it, but the size is also very slightly different, but it doesn't get in the way of using the batteries in a Mavic 2 or charging them on the same charger, so I'm not complaining. The release mechanism feels pretty much identical too, though maybe a little tighter. The behavior is the same too. Arming and disarming the battery works with the standard double-press of the button, then holding the second press until the LEDs light up the whole circle around the button. Battery life seems to match OEM batteries too. Of course, my original batteries are really old now, so I can't really compare directly, but I'm getting about 25 minutes of real flight before I want to land. I haven't actively clocked charging time, but it doesn't seem any different either. While $90 isn't exactly cheap, it's better than the $149 that DJI was charging for a Mavic 2 battery. And since the company isn't selling them anymore, aftermarket batteries are really the only option now.

These replacement batteries fit the MAVIC 2 Pro. I was able to perform a test flight with my Mavic and they worked great. They have an identical performance profile and flight time compared to the standard batteries. The best part is that they are affordable, and there is a good value for money here. The main issue I had was that the side clips that lock in the battery use a different quality plastics than the stock batteries. This causes them to stick a little when removing the battery from the drone. They also are just slightly larger than the stock batteries, particularly around the button. It does not impact fit or general appearance, but it would not fit my battery holders while the stock ones fit perfectly. The button works similarly to the stock battery, but the LED lights do not seem quite as bright. This can make it harder to check in bright sunlight, but is easy to work around by shading the lights with my hand. The weight of the battery seems identical to the stock battery, and they charged identically to the stock batteries. It has identical battery life as far as I can tell. With the less accurate fit, it is important to note if that is an issue for a specific drone. For mine, the accuracy was not a factor.

Really impressed with this battery. I was skeptical of non OEM but I put this on the charger and it charged just like an OEM battery. Once I put it in the drone I checked the battery stats and all cells were showing good and fully charged. After takeoff it was estimating 31 minutes of run time. I flew the drone several miles to put some load on the battery. In total I landed with 4 minutes remaining and I had flown for 23 minutes. I'm happy with that performance as there was a bit of wind that put additional load on the battery. The controller gave a really accurate reading of time remaining. Overall, this is a decent value. If you have been skeptical about after market batteries, I encourage you to take a chance on this one.

There is nothing more annoying than being out trying to film longer clips and having to cut my shoot short because I’ve run out of juice. Having a spare battery sidesteps this problem, and this replacement one clicks into the Mavic 2 Pro just like the original one, and is picked up right away by my drone, no weird errors or pairing hassle. The build feels solid, not cheap. It charges normally with my regular charger, and on average, I usually get around 25 minutes instead of the full 31, which makes sense once wind or how aggressively I fly kicks in. Still, it lets me stay up longer and get more shots without rushing. I have not had any overheating issues so far, and the battery level appears normal in the app. It works fine with both the Pro and Zoom models I have tried. At this price, it feels like a fair deal compared to grabbing another official battery. It does the job and gives me that extra flight time when I need it.
