We ordered this to replace a medium firm mattress that was getting old and needed replaced. It is hard as a rock. It looks well made and it appears exactly as described but it is a lot firmer than a medium firm mattress. We ended up getting a 3 inch foam mattress pad for it which definitely helped.

The 10" queen expanded to 9.5" after a couple days. It's firm, which I don't mind. The cover feels and looks a little cheap otherwise it's not bad for $150. It's not as comfy, the cover is not as nice and it may not last as long as my more expensive mattress but this will go in the guest room.
