1.0 out of 5 stars | Just hope you have better luck than I did
The media could not be loaded. Upon arrival, everything looked okay, but I noticed the left side was not locking securely when in the fully upright position. When I contacted the seller, they wanted video proof of this issue, but would only accept PDF format. (Super confused at how to accomplish that at this point as any link or attachment would not work.) Would not recommend as they have taken no action to remedy the issue. Without adhering to their very specific and challenging method of proving the issue is present, they don't seem interested in helping.

3.0 out of 5 stars | Worth the money you'd shell out for other futons, with caveats
Updated review (2019 june) The spring popped nearly a year ago. But it's still survived, and many people have slept on it in the past 2 years. It stopped being my couch a while ago. If you want a long term solution, this is not it. -------- Easy setup. 4 legs, included in a box inside the futon. Lock in place. Set upright. It's big. Fit 3 adult men on it comfortably. The legs have to be screwed in all the way so it stays sturdy. My friend slept on it last night too. He said it was very comfortable. For the price don't expect it to be equivalent to a bed. It isn't. But it's a damn good sofa replacement. I liked it. Your mileage may vary. So may your expectations. But this, for the price, should not fail to deliver. I'll be using it as a music studio referencing couch as well as for watching tv. It's just what i wanted and big enough.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great value.
Easy to assemble!!! The only thing I had to do was screw the legs on. Looks great in my living room. Great quality I have four kids and it is very sturdy.

5.0 out of 5 stars | looks great! Legs are cheap plastic but you can't really ...
Arrived early, looks great! Legs are cheap plastic but you can't really tell once you have them on. It is big enough for three adults to sit on and pretty comfortable to lounge on. It does sit pretty low to the ground but I think most futons do. If it holds up over time I may buy taller wood legs for it. My 21 year old daughter loves it and I'm pretty sure pictures of this futon will be all over Instagram now!

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great futon
I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. I bought it for my nursery, and it looks great! Very comfortable so far, and also, it was super easy to assemble. I strongly recommend it!

5.0 out of 5 stars | Love this
This is a great futon for $125 including shipping. I love it and would buy again. I have severe COPD and arthritis and was able to set it up myself. It is narrow to sit on but that makes it easier to stand up from as it is low. Packaging was dented but no damage to the couch.

2.0 out of 5 stars | Not Durable Enough for Everyday Use
I was looking for some firm, affordable and easy-to-maintain seating for my living room area. The price was great, it comes pretty much assembled and it converts easily into a flat bed configuration. It was great for the first 4-5 months. We were never close to the weight limit, yet something inside the frame broke. The futon still works, but it sags in the middle. All we did was sit and lay on the futon like normal people. In the past month, the seams have been coming apart and the faux leather surface has been cracking (see pictures). I totally understand that this was cheap furniture. After all, this was what I was looking for. At the same time, even cheap furniture should hold up longer than 4-5 months from normal use. I wouldn't suggest this futon for anything outside of occasional use in a guest room or basement. It has less durability than my IKEA furniture.
