The media could not be loaded. The quality and the appearance of the tree is exceptional. The setup was easy. I did it myself and it took roughly 1/2 hour total on my first attempt. Once fluffed, it appears full and very realistic. Although the base could be more beefy, it does seem to do the job. The flocking sheds some but, hey, it is flocking and is not different than any other flocked tree. That is one of the trade-offs for its beauty. There are many flashing/fading options for this pre-lit tree but the lights can only be either a soft white or bright white and/or soft colors (like pastel) or vivid colors. Unfortunately, there are no options to pick one color or create user-defined colors. For instance, I would have chosen a blue and gold theme with the lights if I could. I’m presently using the option that SLOWLY fades in & out between all of the aforementioned, i.e. warm white>bright white>pastel>vivid colors. There are no power connections available in this tree to plug accessories into, such as in the trunk or the base of the tree. Instead, I ran my own extension cord along the shaft to the base where I was able to connect power to my angel. Overall, the tree is very well made and is very beautiful. I highly recommend it. If I encounter any problems during takedown at the end of the season, I will update. ... show more

I really appreciate the lighting choices on the tree! You can pick warm white lights or multicolored ones along with different lighting sequences (solid, blinking, fading). Being that I bought it in the middle of Summer, I did just briefly set it up to make sure all of the lights work before putting it in the garage until closer to the holidays. I'd be comfortable purchasing from this company again. ... show more

Love the tree. It did arrive in a box that smelled of mold though and inside was another box that smelled. When I opened that box there was the tree which smelled of pee and some of the branches looked like they were stained yellow on the top tier part. I took pics but will try to better ones is better lighting. The smell is either gone now or I am used to it. But I think it's gone. The tree is by a slider door which I opened and let the room and tree air out. I got the 7.5 foot tree which comes in 3 parts. The two bottom bigger parts were somewhat heavy for me so if you're not that strong I would recommend having some help. I did ok by myself it was just a bit heavy and awkward to move on carpet. This one does have snow on the branches which one of my cats is eating then throwing up. I should have considered that prior to purchase. I may have to pack this one away and get one without the snow. Other than that it's a great tree. It is pretty when the lights are off and the tree is on. Casts a very pretty glow. We purchased this tree to replace our old tree. Growing up my parents always had a flocked tree for Christmas. Those are impossible to find anymore. After looking at a number of different sites, we decided to purchase this tree and hoped it would look like the ones I remembered from my childhood. The tree was delivered in a few days and we immediately unpacked it and put it together. (Assembly was easy). Once assembled we plugged it in and were absolutely thrilled at how beautiful it looked. This review is not only about the tree but mainly about the customer support. My wife had a bad fall a week ago and was hospitalized. After returning home one day from visiting her, I walked in to find that her 2 new puppies had torn up the bottom section of the tree. I plugged it in and the lights on the top 2 sections were working however, the bottom section was not working. Upon further inspection, I found that they had torn up numerous wires to the point that I could not repair them. I contacted customer support and explained exactly what happened, I asked if that section could be repaired or replaced. The agent said unfortunately it could not. However, to my surprise, she said that as a one time courtesy, they would replace the tree at no cost to me and once shipped, I would receive it within 5 business days. I certainly did not expect a full replacement but am so grateful to Best Choice Products and to Madeline the agent I spoke with. I highly recommend Best Choice Products not only for their products but also for their customer care. ... show more
