An Excellent Choice for People in the Pink Tree Market
Color: Pink Size: 7.5ft
My husband said he was fine with me making a Barbie Christmas tree, so I had to act fast before he came to his senses. This is an excellent novelty Christmas tree for the price. Note that I said novelty. This is not an heirloom quality tree that you should expect to own for a generation, but you’re shopping for a pink tree so I’ll assume we’re on the same page. Be aware that this tree is flocked. If you are new to flocked trees, let me prepare you: It will look like squished pipe cleaners when you open it, and you will need to spend about an hour “fluffing” the branch points, which means spreading them out in a star formation. During this process you and your living room will get covered in fake snow. This is a time-honored tradition understood by lovers of flocked trees, there is no avoiding it, so don’t punish this poor tree merchant with 3-star reviews. You signed up for this. I opened and assembled the tree in less than 10 minutes. The color is a rich, light pink, the color of Strawberry Quik. White ornaments look stunning. It has the perfect density to be decorated. It’s not sparse, but there’s room to put lots of ornaments and leave them free-hanging. The electrical cord is a matching pink, which is a nice touch you don’t often get with novelty trees. I intend to leave this up through Valentine’s Day because I’m lazy and it will look intentional. ... show more

Best impulse buy I’ve made!

Full transparency. I purchased this 12 foot Christmas tree after a 12 hour night shift…right before falling asleep. My brain was not functioning at full capacity. Upon waking up and really processing that I made this purchase…I was a little nervous but I stayed optimistic. It arrived in two boxes yesterday. The boxes are pretty big and heavy. I probably could have used help lifting them but my stubbornness gave me the strength. Let me just say, I have never been prouder of sleep deprived me! It’s so good! It’s easy to assemble! It looks so much nicer than other trees I’ve had in the past. It’s a very full tree! If you spend the time to fluff the branches it is a thick tree! Fluffing the branches did take about 2 hours but it’s a big tree and I am only 5’2 so there was a lot of ladder climbing involved. Also, I’m pretty particular about fluffing the branches so I didn’t let anyone help me. So admittedly it would have been quicker if I wasn’t a crazy person. I have not decorated the tree yet but I can tell the branches are sturdy and plentiful enough to hold many ornaments. I’m very happy with the shape! I was a little afraid that the tree would end up looking super skinny but I think it’s very nicely proportioned. As for shedding, it’s a flocked tree so it’s going to shed. If you don’t want to clean up some snow then I would recommend not buying a flocked tree. The lights connected easily they just need a little wiggle once you put the pieces together and then they work just fine and screw together tightly. They lights have a multiple different options as far as colors and light patterns go. My family was divided between white or color lights so we chose a light pattern that smoothly fades between both. It’s really pretty. There was one flaw (and it wasn’t even a big deal but I want to be honest that it wasn’t perfect right out of the boxes) with the tree. Two of the branches were a little floppy and were drooping to the floor but it’s an easy fix with a little tightening the hinges. Honestly, for the price I can deal with having to do a simple fix of two floppy branches. This trees looks so much more expensive than it actually is…so I feel like it was a more than a fair trade to have to only tighten two hinges. My family loves it! They were very impressed. It was joy to see my kids in awe of this gorgeous tree. I believe this tree will be a core Christmas memory for my kids. ... show more

Champaign Tree on a Beer Budget
Color: Green Size: 4.5ft
Review Image by Pamela Troxell
It is beautiful. I hadn’t had a tree since my mom went into a nursing home about 4 years ago. She always loved Christmas. Insisted on a tree every year. I decided this year to put up a tree like she wanted. It was beyond my expectations. Easy to put up. For the price, so many lighting choices. It has made this Christmas even more special. It is of better quality than I imagined. Only problem was figuring out the connections to the light box and which to the power cord. Because only 2choices it was solved easily. ... show more

Most beautiful tree EVER!!! But…..

I spent so many days pouring over Amazon reviews of every Christmas tree that I could find that was 9 feet tall, pre lit and flocked. I finally settled on this tree and I have zero regrets. This tree is the most beautiful tree I have ever had in my 46 years. Every year I do something different with my tree so this year I wanted to do a classic take on an 80s style, yet more modern. I worked all day long, fluffing this tree and decorating it. I think it came out absolutely gorgeous. The pictures just don’t do it justice, but it makes me happy every time I look at it. This tree is sturdy, and realistic. The flocking gets everywhere, but that is expected with any tree that has flocking. Nothing a vacuum can’t fix, and I didn’t have any more trouble with it getting all over the floor. It is now December 29 and I don’t plan to take it down until after New Year’s when I’m sure we will get more flocking on the floor. This tree is worth the mess and it is worth the back pain of fluffing it. Fluffing the tree is what makes it look beautiful so don’t skimp on that. I love the lights on this tree as they are multicolor or clear. Of course, for my taste I love the multicolor. I think this tree is a excellent value for the money and I have received many, many compliments on it. I cannot get enough of looking at it, but there is one thing I will complain about. Upon fluffing, I realized that one of the branches arrived broken, which did not make me happy for over $300. I deducted one star because of that. I took a picture of it and you can see it hanging, but I moved that part to the back and it’s certainly not noticeable with all the decorations that I put on the tree. I hope I helped you make your decision and I hope you and your family have a wonderful new year!!! ... show more

Hands down THE BEST item I have ever bought on Amazon! This was the perfect color for my candy Christmas theme! Everything about this tree is beautiful quality and the height was perfect! I originally wanted the 7.5 ft but I’m happy I stayed with the 6ft bc the topper makes it look taller. 100% worth the price and gives off better quality than the trees from hobby lobby and at home! Super easy to assemble and the best part is it’s pet safe. ... show more

Beautiful and full

This tree is definitely worth the money. It came out of the box with a smell that I’m assuming is likely from the snow. The smell lessened, but did not fully resolve. We hung scent sticks in it anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. The snow does make quite a mess, but doesn’t freely fall off it it’s not being touched. The tree itself is full when properly fluffed and looks great. The branches are easy to move, and hold the ornaments without problem. I’ve seen more sparse trees in stores for significantly more money. The lights work great. We love the option of having white or colors. We are a divided family when it comes to light choice, so it’s nice to have both options. I wish it had more of a slow fade option, but there are a few other light movement options available. My in laws loved it so much they bought one for themselves! Overall, great tree and would recommend. ... show more

Not the correct tree

I don’t believe you guys sold me the correct tree. I originally saw this tree advertised on another site, specifically Michael’s. They also sell the same brand of tree, the better choice products. I ordered the same size that I fell in love with on the Michaels site from Amazon instead. When I received the tree, I opened it and immediately noticed that it was rather lite in weight for the size tree that I ordered (7.5 feet, 1300+ branch tips) and I also noticed that it was flocked, but it wasn’t heavy in the fake snow like the picture. It also didn’t have as many branches per level. One of the branches came defective that I could remember and it left a gap in front of the tree where it was and the branch didn’t look broken it just looked like the metal wasn’t straightened or pinched properly for it to not dip lower than the other branches on that row. So the tree was up and I noticed that I had to fluff it out a lot to try to not see the center of the tree. This tree looks very full in the pictures and that’s what I wanted, but I had to fluff it out so much that the only way to not see the center of the tree was To make all the branches in the front look more flattened which took away from the tree looking flocked so to feed my curiosity to make sure that I received the right tree I went on ahead and ordered the tree from Michael’s as well. So the picture on the left tree A is the one from Michael’s and the picture on the right tree B is the one from Amazon I strongly believe that the trees have a lot of similarities, but they are significantly different and weight slightly in height, proportions, and there are way more branches on tree A than there was on tree B. It took me way longer to fluff out the tree and extend the branches from the one I ordered from Michael’s then the one I got from Amazon. Either way, I ordered the exact same tree from the exact company that makes it with the same exact description just from different sellers and I did not receive the correct tree from this Amazon seller. The tree was very beautiful. It just wasn’t what I thought I ordered. ... show more
