When first sitting on the chair the two nuts welded to the bottom support legs both broke off. The welds were not good. To fix a drilled out and put a stainless steel 5/16 bolt in both.

I really like this chair, my wife did not. Putting it together is a little bit of a challenge, but far from the most difficult thing I've ever put together. Getting in and out of it is a bit challenging if you'd lacking dexterity. But again, not impossible. The chair is extremely comfortable. My biggest gripe about this is already beginning to rust. Surface rust is appearing in a couple of different spots. And it's been less than a year. It's going to easily been a four or five star review. They need to use a better paint coating to block out the elements.

This is an excellent product with one glaring problem. The mesh that forms the support on which you sit wears out after a few years. The frame itself is steel, and will last for decades, at least, but the mesh needs periodic replacement. One would think that the company would sell a replacement mesh, or at least recommend a vendor that would sell such a mesh. They do not, however, and will not. They offer instead to sell you a complete new lounge. This is like selling a vacuum cleaner with one bag and refusing to sell replacement bags and suggesting you buy a new vacuum cleaner as soon as you need another bag. Very frustrating.

Used this chair a couple times a week since i received it. It is the most comfortable chair I’ve sat in. Unfortunately it’s starting to rust and only been a couple months and I keep it covered when not in use. Skip the canopy! The way to attach the fabric piece is made poorly and any wind it falls off and now the metal bar broke off the attachment. It is also not big enough to block sunlight
