I love this tree! There are multiple color choices for the lights. It was easy to put to together. Some flocked trees smell funky, but this one didn’t. It is messy being a flocked tree-but that is to expected. It is sturdy and just the right thickness.

Since I was 18 years old, I have always looked forward to cutting down a Christmas tree. I loved it when the children were sleeping, I would make hot cocoa, sit next to the tree, take in the smell, and enjoy the peace. Then they grew up, and we kept it going. Imagine 5 adult children running through the Christmas tree lots arguing which was the best tree. I LOVED IT!! This year, against my better judgement, I decided to go along with my husband, and get an artificial tree. When I told my kids (age 55 down to 36), they were shocked at the thought of me getting an artificial tree. What happened to their mom? Had I lost my mind? Then, my husband found this tree. I was sure I would hate it. The instructions stated it could take up to 1.5 hours to put the tree together. We did not take the time to pull all of the branches down. The tree is much thicker than it looks here. So, please don't go by the pictures. These are pictures of the tree when I first started decorating it, and we had not spread out the branches the way we should have. I was getting antsy. I really LOVE THIS TREE. Next year, I might get a real tree and put it in another room. AND this tree will still be going up

We bought a new home that is being remodeled but still wanted to put up a tree. After searching locally and on line, we landed on this one and are very pleased. It definitely was a chore “fluffing” each individual branch but well worth it. Love the shape and size (7.5” full) and the variety and amount of lights. Only concern was how sturdy the branches are where attached to the trunk. Other trees we’ve had have a more substantial hinge system but overall we are very pleased and our contractor thought it was real at first glance.

I have been researching and looking for a new tree for 3 years. I hate a tree that has holes, were you can see thru to the pole and the other side. This tree is not like that!! It is full and has no holes, after fluffing. The pictures I took show how full it is. The one picture shows the first level, we fluffed very little to see if we liked it before putting up the whole tree. It looked pretty good. Another picture shows the middle tier added. We hadn't even fluffed it, yet it looks full already. The other three pictures show the full tree, lights off, lights multi, and lights a different multi color, which is the fade mode. Can't wait to decorate once my ribbon is delivered. **UPDATE** Tree is decorated. There are 4 pictures (one has no lights on; another is white lights; another is fade; and another is multi colored lights). The only negative thing is that the branch at the top, for my tree topper, is so soft and weak that my star keeps toppling over. I'm going to have to find a new topper that is very light. My star isn't heavy but apparently it is too heavy for the top branch. It needs to be feather light. Otherwise, I love this tree. Absolutely beautiful.

Loved the tree till lightening hit our house and blew out the plug. We searched everywhere for a replacement plug but the only one out there was the wrong diameter. I contacted customer support asking to just be able to PURCHASE a new replacement plug, but their only response was, “Sorry, too late!” Terrible customer service!!!! I’ll probably just order another tree, take the dang plug out and send the stupid tree back for a refund!!!!!!

This tree exceeded my expectations! I was able to put it together in a few hours by myself. I am 74 years old so if I can do it, you can do it. The cat was not included with the tree.🤣 my only difficulty was reading the instructions because they literally require a magnifying glass. Seems as if that could be easily remedied by the manufacturer. There are also very helpful videos on YouTube, accessible with the QR code provided. These videos describe how to fluff the branches. My recommendation if you are in the market for an artificial tree: Don't buy the cheapest and don't buy the most expensive. This was a nice middle price range tree that looks gorgeous and very natural. I do appreciate the pre-strung lights because they eliminate a lot of work. The lights have many modes and colors, from clear white to multicolor. They flash, strobe, alternate, fade, but my favorite is what you see in the picture. This was worth the investment, my friends! Should not be difficult to disassemble and store. Have a merry Christmas.!
