I ordered 4 of these chairs and after putting just 1 together Im returning the other 3. It took two competent adults to put one chair together. The pre drilled holes are not lined up, the wood was cracked, paint chipped and peeling off. The chair does not fold flat as advertised, it folds about halfway (more like a V shape). Assembly directions were good. All the pieces were numbered, except one. Two pairs of right / left pieces were not labeled as right / left; you have to figure that out for yourself. One other piece was described as having an angle to it, but it did not. The packaging was fine, the pieces fit together well. The chair folds easily and it is comfortable to sit in. The directions say it takes 45 minutes to assemble. HA! Try 2.5 hours, even with an electric drill. I highly recommend using an electric drill with variable speed. Otherwise, your hand, wrist and arm will be really sore. The hardware was spot on, even a couple of extra screws. If you have a socket wrench, that will help you, and a large blade flat head screwdriver will be handy. Immediately, I could see paint shade differences, especially between the backrest boards. I have uploaded a picture of one of the arm rests. This picture shows how the paint has pealed off after less than a month. Very disappointing. ... show more

These are ver cheap chairs….they are packaged well, have good instructions to put together..and look nice. However they can’t even hold a 145lb women without the wood cracking breaking and falling apart. I purchased 2 chairs and both of them did not make even halfway through the BBQ before they fall apart. They where assembled correctly and the right tools and specs used…idk what kind of light wood is used but it’s not designed to hold anybody ... show more

The chairs are beautiful, but unfortunately are made poorly. Assembled per the instructions without difficulty, however the wood is thin and not very sturdy. The chair literally broke the first time my son sat in it. It is to hold 350 lbs and he weighs 175. The arm completely cracked underneath. Had to return to company after completely disassembling. I have good grip strength as I am a road biker, but even with bike gloves, bandaids on hot spots, and a pot holder, screwing in the 70 screws by hand, in the not very well drilled holes, my hand was aching. The chair is basically made out of balsa wood and hopefully will last a couple of seasons. Some of the wood split puttinng it together. I have it under a covered porch, so it should last OK. As far as folding, sure when you want to put it away for winter, but don't think you can take this for campiing or anything. Not that sturdy. Also, I would not recommend it for anyone over 200 lbs. But for $75 its fine. The paint job is very thin and comes off with an emery board. ... show more
