My kids wanted to learn piano - at least from all the youtube videos available. This piano isnt the cheapest but not the most expensive either.. But a super great value for what you get. Most importantly - its not too large considering its 88 full keys. So its - Compact - Full 88 Keys - These Keys are weighted - thats the room to grow - trains the fingers for the real deal later on! The sound is good and has a crap ton of other tones and sounds in the memory bank. There are many other features - I'm unsure as I've not tried them but my kids are planking away and after a few days - things are sounding nicer and smoother! Happy with the purchase and woudnt be disappointed if they quit as it would a small investment vs a 4000 piano... =) ... show more

Great keyboard, especially for the price and an average adult user. I hadn't had a piano for many years and wanted to play again. It's exactly what I'd wanted and expected. I love it. However-- thankfully, someone else had already posted that the top slants downward toward the back making it not level for playing, but note that that he put some quarters in the holes when assembling it and it solve the problem-- so we did the same thing and it did solve the problem perfectly! It was a great solution and the keyboard is level now. Was an easy fix. I highly recommend this keyboard-- but have about 10-12 quarters ready on hand when you assemble it. ... show more

I bought this based on the great price and good reviews, thinking it might disappoint a little but still be worthy. It is very well built, heavy, well packaged, well featured. The sound quality and the key touch is excellent. Would it be rated as good as a Yamaha ? Of course not, but it's also at a price point of $1,000.00 or so less. I haven't played on a regular basis since I was a teenager, and was considering a "real" piano, but didn't want the moving or tuning or other issues. This is perfect for this retiree that wants to spend some daily practice and get back to a level of competence. I think this instrument will get me there and last for a long time. ... show more

Sounds good and was easy to assemble. Wish i had chose one that you could enter the number for the tone you want instead of having to tap button up one by one. Only complaint.

Bought this for my daughter to practice on, she loves it, the key is waited to feel like a real piano. No tuning and good sound quality.

    • Terrible Customer Service- Very short Warrantee
Volume stopped working and after following suggestions on the web page and not solving the problem we reached out to BCP. First question- Did you buy extended warrantee? Answer- No. You are outside our 60 Day warrantee and there is no help we can provide. Sign up for our newsletter and get 10% off a new key board... We barely used this key board and when we did and it stopped working the company provides no solution other than purchase a new one. Will no be purchasing another key board after first one worked for only short time. ... show more
