It is a great guitar, I enjoyed it while playing but while I was doing unboxing and trying to tune my guitar it didn't have a battery inside the tuner. I ordered just a battery again be this one just a human error while boxing I don't know, but other than that this one is perfect.

I am just beginning to learn guitar and after reading some of the reviews on here I must admit I was leery to purchase because I saw several people complaining about "high action" it is true this guitar has somewhat high action but it's not terrible at all. For a beginner you won't even need to worry about the high action until WAY later on because all of your playing will be towards then end of the neck where it is quite comfortable. HOWEVER after doing some Q&A online I have found that this is not a cheap guitar thing or an expensive guitar thing, any new guitar can have high action which is why almost every guitarist that I have found online recommends to take in any new guitar to a music store and get your guitar "set up". This is when a technician will smooth everything out for you so that your guitar plays like butter. I am not sure why anyone in their right mind would tell you to not buy this guitar for that specific reason, it's kind of ridiculous considering it's an easy fix and it doesn't cost that much to change the action. You can also change the action yourself, they do provide you with a tool for the neck but I highly advise against this unless you know what you are doing because you can really mess up your guitar if you don't. All in all this is a beautiful and great guitar especially for the price and I haven't found one thing I don't like about it. I highly recommend this guitar and would definitely buy again. Honestly I was just going to use this guitar to learn guitar then when I became good at playing I was going to upgrade, but I love this guitar so much I am going to keep it and just upgrade it when I get better. I plan on taking good care of it and it would be nice to still have and play on 30 years from now. A definite bargain!

This is a great acoustic guitar for a beginner. Easy to use and works well. Included is a beginner book and tuner. The case included is soft; it does the job for carrying the guitar but is not hard so wouldn’t protect the guitar if dropped. Great value!

The guitar itself is very good for the price. My daughter has been taking lessons with it and it sounds great. The tuning tool has never worked and the carrying bag's strap spontaneously tore while on her shoulder going to her lesson causing the guitar to fall to the ground and break. She was devastated of course as was I since it is not exactly cheap to buy another one. Be very careful with this bag or better yet just but I better one right away.
