It was easy to assemble. It took awhile to fluff, but any tree does. Some people said they had “holes”, but I found that if you fluffed everywhere you can, it is full and perfect!

Beautiful and full tree. fits on our end table real nice. One of the limbs was a little weak and drooped but still like it. Real trees are not all symmetrical. We are in our 70's and too hard to bend down to the bottom limbs of a regular tree.

You would think with that many branch tips that this would be a nice full tree but NOOOO. This is the poorest excuse for a Christmas Tree I have seen. It is bare and regardless what you do you can't cover or fill in the vast open voids between branches. This looks more like a dead tree. For the price they are asking it is a horrible product. Also the customer service when you return it is just as bad. Since they are an Amazon Selling Partner they ship & handle returns themselves. I've been waiting 5 days since they received the return for may refund. No confirmation of receipt or refund. Had to request Amazon CS to intervene which then got me a up to 7 day wait for them to respond. Never again ... show more

This tree is so affordable and looks amazing. I've read the bad reviews and in my opinion, it sounds and looks like they may not have put a lot of time in fluffing the tree, or just aren't fluffing it properly. This was time-consuming. It took me hours to get this tree fluffed properly. The branches are very stuck together, so you have to separate them well. Love it and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great tree for a good price. ... show more

I have decorated the tree and I am satisfied with it overall. I found there were a few sparse areas in the tree once I set it up. But I was able to fill those in with balls and other decorations. I would recommend it.
