My daughter suggested I add kettlebells to my workout routine. I used them years ago yet I was still a little hesitant to do it. I’m glad that I did. I chose a beginner exercise to ease into it and found that it was good place to start. They are easy to grip and hold for the various exercise types.

I know that other versions are way more expensive so I would definitely recommend these for the price.
