Why I purchased this hammock was 1.) the price seemed reasonable, and 2.) it had a 450lb limit so I figured it would be sturdy. I just received it a couple days ago (it arrived so fast!) but so far I’m really happy with it. I put it together by myself in about 10 minutes with no issues. I appreciated that it didn’t require tools. I made the same mistake I saw other people make, which was applying the hook on the wrong side, but once I figured that out, it looked great! I’m a little disappointed that the hammock will only stretch far enough to accommodate the hooks in the second hole from the top, which makes it sit pretty low once you’re in it. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hammock to anyone who might have difficulty getting out of it. But so far, it’s super comfy and feels very sturdy! It’s a little wobbly but once you’re in it, you can’t even tell. My autistic nephew loves the cocoon feel it has. So far we’ve had a total of 400lbs on it and it held up! I don’t expect it to last a lifetime and there’s some minor things I’d change, but I definitely recommend it for the price! ... show more

I bought this to get out of the house and have a space of my own, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm so glad that I got the orange one, because it is far prettier in person. It's super comfortable, even though I'm pretty tall (5'9") and heavier (230 lbs). You can adjust the peg placement for a higher sit, which was perfect for me. Now that I have it, I just sit in the sun and read to de-stress now, and I love every second of it. My sister loves to hang out with me in it too, and it makes for a great two-seater with back support for the both of us. ... show more

This has been something I have wanted for a while. I finally went ahead and ordered it for this summer. And I am so glad I did as it is being used everyday. I find my kids out in it just laying and looking at the sky or snuggled up with a book. I took the advice of some others and sprayed it with Rust-Oleum to prevent. It from rusting. I am looking forward to when it starts to cool off so we can spend even more time out on the hammock ... show more

We got this for my husband for Father's Day and he set it up in the living room to try it out. Our daughter jumped in immediately! He climbed in too and they comfortably swung in the hammock in the living room for a while LOL. Easy to put together, the fabric seems pretty durable and it is a beautiful color.
