Update: The company reached out to me about a week after I emailed them and offered to send a replacement ATV for free. The new one works perfectly! It seems the first one we received must have been faulty. My 40 lb 5 and a half year old LOVES it and spends hours on this thing. The battery life is pretty decent, especially considering that my backyard is on an incline. We get a good hour driving on the high setting before it needs to be recharged. One star review: We were excited for our five year old to receive this on Christmas from Santa. It charged over twelve hours before first use and worked great for about 30 minutes. The battery died and we plugged it back in to charge. Since then it has only worked in 5-10 minute spurts of time despite staying plugged in for 3-18 hours at a time. It has been unbelievably disappointing for my five year old. While it was very conservatively priced, for a $200 toy it should bring more than five minutes of play time. I reached out to the seller but have not heard anything back.

Bought this for my two year old great grandson's second birthday. It said for three years old and older, so I thought he would have to wait a while to ride it. Wrong! He was on it before I got the wheels put on it. He is on it everyday and loves it. He especially liked the radio. I would recommend this to anyone who has a child who likes the outdoors. Great buy for the money. (Recent additional comment).....I ordered the ATV do my two year old great-grandson on Nov. 20, 2020. It arrived a few days later and it was "love at first ride". Riding his ATV was the first thing he wanted to do as soon as he got up. Then, about a month ago it wouldn't start and he was heart broken. I checked everything I knew to check, but couldn't find the problem, so I called the trouble shooting help line at Best Choice Products. The person I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable, but he couldn't find the problem. He then said that there was a three month warranty for the product through Amazon, but that I had purchased the ATV a little over four months ago. He said that he felt the starter button had broken. He went on to say that his company stood by their products, so he would update the three month warranty to a complimentary life-time warranty and send me a new ATV at no cost to me and that I did not even have to return the broken ATV! I was speechless because I did not expect such great service. The brand new ATV arrived a week later and my great-grandson is back riding. In the future if I want to order something online and Best Choice Products has the item, I will definitely order from them. I feel that they are a company with integrity who keeps the customer's satisfaction in the fore front.

Very heavy box LMAO idk what i was expecting. You have to build it i literally didnt think of that either. Very clear instructions on assembling. Music worked. Loud speakers. No missing parts. Overall she loved it. Great quality for it to be at the price we got it for.

Got if for my son for Xmas worked a few times the broke. It was taking a charge fine but would not turn on and go. After not being able to return it, I decided to either to throw it out or rip it apart and somehow try and fix it without breaking it in the process, only had the potential for an upside with the same downside. I'm in business, I'm no electrician. After ripping it apart and bypassing all relays or fuses whatever they are and directly hard wired the wheels to the battery, everything was working. Not really sure what this told me but it was somewhat reassuring. So I put that back to somewhat normal, and moved onto the buttons to turn it on/off, fwd/rvers dashboard. The way this piece come out is you shove a flat head screw driver between the body and the dashboard. Just pry up on it like your going to break it, it will pop out eventually. Work around the edges. (Oh yea also you need to take off the steering wheel. That's self explanatory. ) Once that's away from the body, you're going to see a ton of wires. (also side note, make sure you disconnect the battery before you go reaching you hands into the rats nest of wires.) Then just the on/off switch out from behind. There are tab's you need to depress in, or just push the hell out of it, you're replacing this part anyways. Once loose and out I disconnected the three wires. Its a cheap piece that they should provide instructions for, so that people can enjoy the toy. Its all worthless because of a cheap on/off switch. I actually took the switch apart to see what was in it and if i could just fix it. It was all corroded and gummed up.

Fun toy for our granddaughter but giving it 4 starts because it takes 12 hours to fully charge and burns out in 2 hours. If she keeps the lights off and extra fun sounds off, it’s closer to 2.5 hours of run time, and then spends the rest of the day upset she can’t ride it.

Great fun electric battery ride on vehicle. Bought as Christmas present for our just-turned 4 year old. Arrived one day early a few days before Christmas. Assembled it alone on Dec 24th. Only issue was that at first I also thought that all hardware/charger/assembly instructions were missing BUT had the foresight to open up the seat using a screwdriver to find them securely hidden inside! There was no info on the box nor any paperwork inside to let you know that those critical parts were in there and I have read some reviews that state these items are missing-probably the same issue. Panic over on Christmas Eve, and assembly was essentially simple following the user manual. Takes around 45 minutes at best as product is already 75% complete when shipped. Only item you need is a Phillips screwdriver. Small plastic wrench is provided. Product is easy to charge, charger simply plugs into a regular outlet and the other end into the rear of the vehicle (no need to remove any covers). Charger has a red/green LED indicator light which is useful. Product is 2 speed (Hi/Low) and has a forward or reverse switch. Switches are easy to operate on dash console. I like the fact that the vehicle will not reverse in Hi speed (for safety). Hi/Low can be selected stationary to pull away with or toggled when vehicle is in motion. “Gas” pedal is down by right foot and simply a go-no go switch. Pedal pushed down = go and Pedal release will essentially brake. Our 4 year old loves it. Low speed is a sow walk pace. Hi speed is very fast waking pace for adults. I was concerned it would be too slow but not at all for his age range. It’s just right for him to have fun. Best used in a wide area as turning circle is large (like in a cul de sac or park trail). Haven’t ran the battery all the way down yet but has lasted at least 45 minutes on some outings. Another excellent feature is that the Battery voltage is displayed on the FM radio tuner so if you know a little about 12V batteries under load you can figure out when it’s getting low. It displays voltage to 2 decimal places like a meter! Only a week old today but so far 5 star review and glad we got this model. Highly recommended. Probably best for older 3 year old to about a 6 year old in my opinion.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My 5-year-old absolutely loves his four wheeler. The quality is excellent, very durable, and perfect for young riders. It quickly became his favorite thing to do every day. When he accidentally pulled one of the wires while trying to ride it, I reached out to the seller for help. They responded quickly and were incredibly kind and understanding. To my surprise, they went above and beyond by sending us a replacement four wheeler. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and it is rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers. I will definitely be buying from them again when it is time to upgrade to a bigger model. I highly recommend this product for both its quality and the amazing people behind it.

We bought this after buying a jeep from this company. 5 years and 2 boys later it’s still going strong! It rides great a little fast for the younger ones but any kiddo used to riding 3 and up can control it easily. Photo taken today year 2026 with an 8 year old riding. Still pulls him around with no issues. Bought when he was 3. Non climate controlled garage kept
