This was a gift for my niece, turns out it only goes in reverse and I tried returning it but it’s “not returnable”. I’m very frustrated. I just want it replaced but every time I try to contact seller it says “not returnable” !

I think this would be a great purchase for a 3-4year old. But not older. We bought for our 5.5yr old. I think it appears a bit larger on mine than in person. He was a little too big for it. His birthday is in six months and we plan to upgrade for a larger one and free gift this one to our two-year-old.

My kids love it. We've had it for 4 months and use it about once a week. We've only had to charge the battery once in that time. Our kids are 2 and 4, so we use it mostly in the grass (to slow them down a bit). It rolls fine in the grass. We keep it covered with another kiddie electric vehicle under a large bbq pit cover when not in use. It has held up and hasn't faded. Both of my kids fit well on it. My four-year-old will probably get 1-2 more years out of it.
