Daughter loves her new crash mat. It is soft ish foam with some bounce. The foam is thick enough for her activities and a 260 pound man can walk on it without his foot sinking through the foam to the floor. No, the foam is dense enough to hold him up even standing in one place but it gives beautifully for tumbling and “crashing.” The aqua/ turquoise color is pretty and my daughter loves the color. It is easy on the eyes, a bright but not too bright color and cheerful. It makes the space appear inviting and fun. The covering feels durable, thick, smooth without being shiny and will be easy to wipe and clean. The Velcro is well placed for ease of folding, storage or transporting or ease of connecting multiple crash pads together. I would buy this again. This was a gift to a child and she was excited, happy, grateful and used it all Christmas Day! This will be fun for tumbling and probably slumber parties too. ... show more

We love this gymnastics mat! I purchased the 10' length for my 5 year old daughter who has become obsessed with gymnastics, assuming the extra length would be better in the long run. The easy fold-up structure of this mat allows us to keep it in our living room and then quickly tuck away when needed. The mat is thick and soft, and the material has held up well. 4' x 10' x 2" - Foam is firm but not hard. Perfect for 75 year old knees. Appears to be very well made. Time will tell. I will review the product again in 6 months. But for now, I am very happy with the gym mat.
