I have been an Offray user for many years but since they sold the company the new owners have apparently fired the quality control sept. Every roll I have ordered has been a mess, lots of flaws, not even close to 3” wide, dirty and one entitle roll had a fold threw all 50 yards that would not press out. The texture is paper thin and almost not even usable. This is not the quality that I’ve received from this company in years past and I am very disappointed and believe me I’m not the only bow many that is furious and fed up. I hope the previous owners are enjoying their retirement or whatever be use this new owner has ruined all your good work. I coach cheerleading and this was great to make our youth clinic bows! I did not run into the problem of the spool being cut like others. Quicker shipping than other companies is what made me order from here. Will buy again if I need more.
