This screen protector is so nice and was easy to put on! I bought it for my iPad 11th gen and it only took a couple of patient minutes to put on. I followed the directions and ended up with no bubbles. The paper-like, matte feel of the screen is really nice too.

I had this brand's paper feel on my 6th Gen iPad. I was sent two, but never had to use the second one. I upgraded to the 11th Gen iPad and specifically sought out this brand again. Same quality (perhaps a little better). The installation can be a bit tricky with the bubbling, like with any screen protector I've applied to my devices. But the paper feel overlay is forgiving, allowing for you to peel back a bit and smooth out the bubbles that may appear as you go. Patience is key.     • Fantastic product with some setbacks
This screen protector is great. This is my first “paperlike”-style product, and I’m very impressed. I’ve had a glass screen protector on my iPad for the past few years and was very happy with it. However, I got an Apple Pencil a few months ago and have been using it more and more heavily and was intrigued to try this out to add a more tactile feel. I wouldn’t say it feels like writing on paper, but the added resistance and drag it adds to using the pencil feels great. If you don’t use a pencil, it’s still a worthy purchase because it reduces glare. It makes a huge difference. I use my iPad all the time to watch movies, but lights are always an issue. Not anymore - this product makes the screen matte. However, this does make the screen feel way less sharp. The iPad display feels more muted and fuzzy. It kind of feels like comparing something that is 720p vs 1080p... the differences are minor for the most part, but noticeable if you really look at it closely, especially if you’re using it next to another iPad. Despite the tradeoff in screen quality, I still love this product. The pencil feels great to use for drawing and taking notes. I’ve heard stories that these protectors wear away much faster and are prone to scratches, and that it also wears out the Apple Pencil tips very quickly. If I develop scratches on my screen protector or run into any of those other problems, I’ll be sure to update this review. However, this product is reasonably priced so I wouldn’t mind swapping them out every few months or so. It’s a good value since it comes with two protectors as well. ... show more

I’ll probably give it a 4.5 and this is what I have 1. 2 pack for 1 iPad is very important because almost certainly you’ll mess up the first coz the bubbles and dust is very difficult to manage. 2. The cover is not edge to edge. So I managed to get the bottom edge but it’s a bit down on the top (landscape near camera). So remember to center it a bit. 3. As for writing quality. It’s excellent. Paired with handwriting recognition of iPad os ..it’s so good to write. 4. There’s definitely s downgrading to the video quality especially movies and blacks. But in some cases it’ll be better coz there’s no glare. Over all worth it. ... show more

I tried both screen protectors and the bubbles never went away, it’s the setup of the procedure that’s the problem, I bought another brand with the tray, and it went on perfect. The protector is nice, but the installation is not good.

    • Way too reflective

The media could not be loaded. I had negative feelings about it at first, like the screen being extremely squeaky, blurring your tablet screen and making it eye straining, but it takes some wear to get it good! The squeakiness is gone after a couple of hours using it luckily, but at your fingertips, the texture feels more rubbery than paperlike. The surface doesn't allow your hand to glide across the screen smoothy, and makes your movements clunky and janky. It definitely takes some getting used to when working on this texture after drawing on a smooth glass screen for so long. Another large complaint is how the texture blurs things on the screen, such as words or art. This makes it extremely eye straining and my eyes start to haze after a while. Pros: Nice texture to work on after using it for a while Cons: Texture hinders your wrist movement Texture on the surface blurs screen beneath it, causing eye strain and fatigue very quickly Translucency makes colors on your tablet less vibrant in color, adds a white hue very very reflective Do not use this AS a screen protector, it is just a thin film. However, it can be applied on top of a screen protector! ... show more

We are so excited by this inexpensive and great quality dupe for Paperlike…yet it far exceeds the performance of one. It comes well packaged with everything you need and more. The instructions and application are much better and easier than the Paperlike and we found the cardboard squeegee especially helpful. We color on our iPads and with heavy use this still lasts quite some time, we swap them out about every two to three weeks. The price is on point and if you are on the fence between this and the far more expensive Paperlike, is a no brainer and you will not be disappointed! ... show more
