This machine is great. Very powerful and sews without difficulty over multiple layers of thick fabric. This far I have used it for quilting and embroidery. Haven’t had time to delve into the many other aspects of this machine yet. I was disappointed that I did not receive an operating manual. First time I have purchased a sewing machine that didn’t have a manual and I have six machines. Nevertheless, I have used you tube and the tutorials on board machine.     • I regret buying this machine
This machine hasn't worked correctly since I purchased it. Something was off with the feed dog. It ripped through my lighter fabrics even after raising the pressure foot height. At first, I would only sew heavier fabrics on this machine, but after a while, the feed dog issue became worse and now after investing so much into this machine, it's sitting in a box. I haven't found anyone that will FIX THIS MACHINE!! Some said because it's computerized, some have told me to follow up with the original dealer, but it is past the return window, and now I'm stuck with a faulty machine. I have had many machines from low to high end, and from every major brand - most I’ve sold or passed along. This one is a keeper. She sews well and smoothly, nice straight stitches. All noises are on the quiet side, more so than I’ve experienced with others. The selection of features chosen for this machine just hit the spot. The only thing I would have liked is that I could do normal sewing with the embroidery arm attached. But that is a small thing and in no wise diminishes the enjoyment of this machine.
