I looked at so many posture correctors before landing on this one. I liked that it seemed to be more lightweight and have the ability to wear under clothes than some other bulky models. The best part though was how wonderful the customer service was! I ordered a small, but after trying it for a little while, I felt I was possibly needing to go down a size. I reached out to Alex directly, and she was prompt, professional, and sent me an xsmall size free of charge! I gifted the small size to my younger sister, and she wears it every day now too! It is lightweight, easy to wear, and can be used over or under clothing. I don't love how it feels on my skin, but that's a personal preference - so I wear it over my clothing. My sister wears it underneath and says it is just as comfortable for her. I can definitely tell that it's helping. When I wear it my posture is noticeably better - my boyfriend and friends and family have commented on how much better my posture is with it on. It also has been great when I'm not wearing it, because it is helping me have a better "feel" for what good posture feels like when I am not wearing it. I liked it so much, my boyfriend wanted one too! It is not just for women. We ordered one for him, and he wears it every day while working from home on a laptop. He has also had noticeable changes - he has had a few spinal surgeries, and suffers from back pain and other related issues. He has reported that his various issues have improved a lot since he has begun using this product. I highly recommend that if you are searching around for a posture corrector, that you look no further! This is a great product, and an even better company. I put this brace on and originally positioned the velcro too high on my body so assumed this product didn't work because I could slouch. However, once I adjusted the velco below my belly button, my shoulders were pulled back. I find this brace incredibly comfortable and well made. My shoulders/back have started to hurt a little but it's due to the fact that I never sit/stand this way (with my spine straight and my shoulders back), not the product itself. The only small complaint I have is that even the extra small is a little big on me and I'm not a petite woman so I feel that others might have a problem with size.

Great concept and works great. Design could be better to increase comfort. There is foam padding sewn onto one side that goes under your armpit… it should really be on both sides! Leaves marks after wearing. Also the Velcro attachment under your breasts… the Velcro is scratchy and leaves marks on skin. They could’ve sewn on a protective layer or something to go around Velcro… I knew this was going to be an issue even before wearing. If you wear over a shirt it’s not so bad and does work and help with posture, but defeats the purpose of being able to wear under clothes!

Update: With a few more wears, the elastic on the velcro is curling and even more stretched out. There are also loose threads. Dropped to one star. Sadly, this is going in a landfill. The good news is that I watched some YouTube videos and have constructed a better option for me out of knee wraps with velcro ends. Fully adjustable, soft and comfortable with zero digging, much cheaper, seems very durable, and it also engages the serratus anterior and better engages the latissimus dorsi. I wish I had looked into it more before going for this overpriced quick fix. Original review: So I will agree that this design is great and that Alex was very accommodating. She sent me a medium because I seemed to be in between sizes. The medium worked better. It worked great actually. However, in less than a month and two hand washes/air dried, the elastic is warped and so loose. The straps slide off. Great idea, but cheap materials. This isn't even worth the expense if receiving an extra one. I sent the small to my sister. Same thing. The elastic creases and rubs like crazy. It was fine if I wore it over a shirt before, but now it's too painful. It's a shame because it worked great for a few weeks.

I just got this today. I put it right on. I read an article that name 10 of the best back supports. They said this was the most comfortable, and can be wore under your clothes. They were so right. I have bought some in the pasts, but they were very uncomfortable. I do have one that I like, but it has to be wore on the outside of your clothes. I have always had round shoulder. I am really glad I found this one.

I work in a production environment where I am on my feet all day, and wanted something to help with my posture throughout the day. I decided on this since it seemed like a women's specific design. Unfortunately I'll have to be returning it. I tested this out at home before using it at work. I liked the way the straps are designed across the back. I wore this over my shirt, and it looked good and was very supportive. It pulled my shoulders back and I immediately felt my posture improve. The feather logo in the middle is a nice touch.. What didn't work out for me was everything in the front. I don't think they took into consideration the curves on someone that is a large size. The elastic was too wide, especially around the armpit and chest area. The elastic just flipped over and creased, making it very uncomfortable. The elastic doesn't breathe at all, and caused me to sweat. I use my arms a lot while on the job, and it just wasn't very flexible and caused a bit of chafing. I think if it was redesigned it with a little bit of curve to the strap around the armpit and chest area and used a breathable fabric, this would be perfect. The current design just doesn't fit my needs.
