This is cetirizine hydrochloride, and it works great for many people, such as myself! If this doesn't work for you, Try using loratadine meds instead. It's another antihistamine like this one that doesn't cause drowsiness, but might work better for you if this type doesn't work. All of that said, I take one of these daily and I feel normal and fine! I only notice when I don't take it because I am sneezing and clearing my throat all the time, with a runny nose and watery eyes. This doesn't interfere with any other of my meds and it's such a tiny pill that it's super easy to swallow! This package has enough to last me a year, and it doesn't expire for three years!
