    • Customer service is awesome, and phone cover is good.
Update: Talked to customer service and they are working on my concerns and will implement on their next rev of this product. When a company actually listens to customers and make changes to their design. Hats off they deserve credit! So for wireless charging, if you have a flat Samsung charger you need to get the phone between the camera and phone to make it work (pretty tricky) but the company is looking at a way to fix that with their magnets. Another work around is using a circle magsafe charger and playing with getting the charger between the camera and phone. (Pretty hit of miss) On the popping out after couple of hours, they are looking at the material for less flex due to heat. This is due to shipping by the time it reaches most US customers. End of update, 5/5 for customer service rocking it out! Original review: I have a mixed review and will probably return this but there are a good list of pros. Note I have had this for only a day when writing this review. Pros: 1) Installation is straight forward..snap from the bottom to top and it's on. 2) The blue color is really close to matching if you have a blue shadow colored phone. 3)You have a good hinge protection and camera slider for the side and back protection. 4) Solid construction of the back kickstand and can hold the phone. Cons: 1)While installation is easy, my cover snaps off my phone quite a bit. Just randomly it goes off. Could be the material has flexed. 2) The privacy screen is worthless. I can see the screen at 45 degrees where it is still fairly visible to me at least. If you don't care on the privacy, not much of a con. 3) the protection on the camera slider is nice, but the actual camera lens need more protection and you can't add anything to the camera lens when they are exposed. Plus the cover can be hard to move with one finger. 4) It will make you slim phone quite heavy and bulky. I bought the fold 7 for something lighter and slim. This makes my phone bulky like my fold 4 without a cover. If you like a little weight this is a pro for you. 5) My largest gripe and will be the reason I return is I can't get this to work on my Samsung wireless charger and my 3rd party wireless chargers. I know it's not the chargers as I have 4 different Samsung's charging on them daily with no issues and without the case this phone charges. I do not like plugging in the usbc cable and ruining the port. Summary: If you want a cover that will give you really good protection with a solid screen protection, this is a keeper. Additionally, if you want a little more weight to the phone, it will help with that too. ... show more

    • Works great! But make sure your case doesn't have a thick spine.
I gave it 4 stars at first because it would not charge with my Z-Fold open, and to charge it in the closed position, the phone has to be place hanging over the edge a half centimeter or so. But in the end, I gave it 5 stars because the limitations are more a consequence of the phone case, not the charging stand. Overall, it does a great job charging my phone, my eat h and my ear buds all at the same time, but remember, you must use the larger 45w charger to the get the full charging benefit. ... show more

Its a shame I was looking forward to this case as I use my phone alot for work. The case is fine and all but that being said im disappointed that the case itself interferes with the flash. I have never noticed and issue with the flash with any case ive used until this one. And no, I am not using the camera protector blocking it. ... show more

I’m not one for leaving long reviews Install is easy, just pay attention to detail remove old tape and install new tape as instructed Had bought a 30 dollar case the first day I got the phone so I wouldn’t risk messing it up, but it felt so cheaply made that as soon as I got home I found this one, a little bit more pricey but honestly feels and looks 1000x better You get what you pay for pretty much compared to others Only 3 days using the case, but I would recommend it ... show more
