Fast forward to yesterday, and Amazon drops off this massive box, that is super light. I thought it was empty it was so light, and so when I opened the box, this bad boy was in there. I was not expecting it to be this big, but I am happy about it. This last fishing season, we had some fish we brought in with my other net, that barely fit. This net will work perfectly for those fish, and larger. The net itself seems good quality, with a rubbery feel, and the pole seems sturdy enough to keep from breaking, even fully extended. Overall, I am happy with this net, and look forward to using it to bring in some big fish this year.

It’s a big one. You’ll be able to land some real monster fish 🐟 with this net. Extendable aluminum pole gives you a long reach and the rubberized coated netting protects the fish. Some small holes and popped stitches on the carry case but otherwise in good shape when it arrived.

In over 65 years of fishing, this is the largest landing net I have seen. It comes in a light weight cloth bag with a zipper. In all honesty, the storage bag is of little use, especially on a boat. The collapsed net measures 45" in length. I like the aluminum handle which appears to be good quality and is the thicker side, which is needed with a net this size. Extending the main handle was a little tight at first, but became looser after a couple of times. It locks in place with two spring button clips. The second section is very tight and it is a struggle to pull it out of the other section, even with the screw/twist lock fully open. Fully extended the net is 90" long. I really like the rubberized netting for protecting fish, easy cleaning and long life. This net is a good choice for offshore fishing, both bottom and pelagic fishing.

I was looking for a dip net to catch bait fish and crab off the pier... while yes this will work it's SO much bigger than I thought it would be... granted I didn't look at the size when I requested this. All that said I'm really happy with this net, love the pole is telescopic and doesn't stay out fully making it a lot easier to transport. Can't wait to actually use this when I go to the gulf in the spring.

It's very very large and it is made pretty well. the net is way thicker than i thought it would be and looks sturdier than i was expecting it to be. it went back into the bag pretty easily which almost never happens so that was nice , it slides down and uses all the space smartly. cannot wait to catch something in this so I can add some pictures!

Net is rubber coated to keep your hooks out of it. It is a large net, good for most salmon and stripers if that's what your fishing for. California halibut would be a no go except for maybe smaller ones. Net comes well packed and even has a zippered cover for storage. Storage bag is for when the net is retracted. I overall great buy for the net as I have seen the same for much higher.
