This is the second one I have purchased from Benson Mills of this fabric type and I am pleased with the color fastness, ease of washing, and the quality (feel and look) of the material. Tablecloth holds up well. It's hard to believe the price is so cheap. When you receive the tablecloth it needs to be ironed. What I do is wash them on a quick cycle. Air dry until moist and iron. Once I have done this, each time I wash them, I hang them out to dry on my deck's railing (140" long table cloth), and I do NOT have to iron again. In other words, you don't have to iron but before the first use.

Update of previous review: Bought a second tablecloth in same color, larger size. Ends were not cut straight so they don't hang evenly. Not noticeable in my dining room so I will keep it. I like the color and texture of this fabric. As before, I washed, machine dried and ironed before use and wrinkles are minimal. Previous review: I washed and machine dried this tablecloth before first use. Wrinkles were still present so I ironed it. After using for a dinner party, I washed and dried it again, removing from dryer immediately. The tablecloth came out without wrinkles although it is not a "crisp" look. See photo. Wine and food spots washed out. Overall, I'm pleased with the ease of care, the casual look and the flax color which is a great neutral.

This is the third Benson Mills table cloth I have purchased. The colors are beautiful and the size is perfect. Easy to wash, and they have held up very well! The price is fantastic for the size and quality of fabric! I'm sure I will be buying a fourth color soon!

This tablecloth looks nice on the table and the textured fabric gives it a clean, simple, slightly elevated look. The color and overall appearance are exactly what I wanted, and it works well for everyday use. That said, the material is thinner than I expected and it wrinkles very easily. I’ve tried smoothing it out, using the steam setting in my dryer, and even letting it hang, but the creases are pretty stubborn. If you’re hoping for that crisp, polished look straight out of the dryer, this might take a bit more effort than you’d like. Overall, it’s decent for the price and looks good once set up, but the thin fabric and wrinkle factor keep it from feeling higher quality. Three stars feels fair.

My order arrived today, well packaged, clean and in good condition. This is one item I ordered, and upon receipt, I opened the package and inspected it . This is a very good quality tablecloth, and the color is accurate. The white color is a nice, cooler, pure white, which is exactly what I wanted. All the hems and seams of the tablecloth were all neatly finished with no hanging threads to fray or snag. The cloth is thick enough to add a little bit of padding to the table even if you don't use a waterproof table pad. I do intend on using a pad and an over cloth of lace for formal dining, or a clear vinyl topper for casual every day use. Either way, the fabric is substantial with a nice weave to it. The most important thing for me was to find a tablecloth large enough to fit my dining room table, whether with or without the addition of the extra table leaf. This cloth is available in enough sizes to accommodate even the portable, larger banquet tables, so it should have no problem fitting yours. I washed it gently in cool water with mild detergent and fabric softener, and dried it on a low dry sensor setting. As I took it out of the dryer, I shook it out, folded it, and placed it in my china cabinet. The color did not yellow, fade or streak at all, and there is no need for ironing or even a touch up.
