  • The Zowie EC2, Ergonomic design excellence.
Size: Medium Color: Matte Black
I owned the Zowie FK2 for 6 years as my main ambidextrous mouse, I decided to try different ergo mice to see what was up with ergo mice. I have small hands and do fingertip / claw grip. The Zowie EC2 is definitely quality, the mouse has a good solid feeling to it, the materials feel good on the hand and the design follows the natural pattern of how the hand should be placed. The side buttons are good, not the best placement or feel but they are above par for most. The scroll wheel feels crisp and the mouse has kept well for the time I have had it. The only criticism I have would be the cable, it feels sturdy, heavy and really removes from the feel of moving the mouse. Overall a really good mouse, recommend. ... show more

  • I'm Tired of Crushing My Omron-Click Mice
Size: Large Color: Matte Black
My mighty fingers have dealt many a death-tap to the "gaming" mouse buttons out there. I've crushed Razors with mighty clicks. Corsair, literally imploded and burst into flames as I double-clicked my recycle bin. Every file was deleted. The only mice that survived for me were cheap mice. For real. Because "cheap" mice aren't built with Omron switches. You have to be a gamer to get those crappy Omron's shoved in your face. Enjoy it with your "gaming chair." Schmuck. Google "The Detailed Guide to Replacing Faulty Mouse Switches" (maketecheasier) and learn about mice and their button switches built by dainty elves living in a tree. Omron is literally crafted from twigs and eggshell. They're not built for man-hand-sausages. They're built for bird legs, and unless you click like a bird, you probably want to go with this mouse manufacturer who ditched the Omron elves and switched those click-switches over to something that's definitely at least going to outlive the American economy (and not just a few days past your mouse warranty). They may take my house, but at least I'll have my mouse. ... show more

  • Good mouse, imperfect ergonomics
Size: Medium Color: Matte Black
I am learning to play FPS games as a quarantine project, so I bought this mouse after looking up recommendations for my hand size on RocketJumpNinja. In general, it is quite a nice mouse. It isn't trying to be flashy or "gamery" but it's just well made and does what you want. I would certainly recommend it. That said, I have two minor issues with it, that might be specific to my hand or grip: 1. The right mouse button seems to have a bit of a hair trigger. I find myself accidentally right clicking when doing big swipes and putting the mouse down after lifting it up to reset my hand position. This is particularly noticeable since the scroll wheel and thumb buttons require a little force to press. 2. The ergonomic asymmetry means that my ring finger and pinkie are either jammed together or my pinkie drags on the mousepad. This can get uncomfortable after a while, especially since I hold the front thumb button to scope in, and therefore I am frequently aiming/moving the mouse around while holding down the thumb button. I also wish there were a "DPI clutch" to switch between low and high sensitivity on the fly, but that isn't really a criticism of the product. As advertised, this isn't one of the mice with that feature. ... show more

  • Perfect replacement for a razer death adder
Size: Medium Color: Matte Black
I purchased this mouse as a replacement for my razer death adder. It feel almost the same. The primary mouse buttons feel much studier with the side buttons feeling a little flimsy by comparison. As a bonus you don't have to deal with razer adware/spyware to change the settings on the mouse.

  • Feels cheap
Size: Medium Color: Matte Black
I am a claw grip user coming from the Microsoft Intellimouse Pro. Pros: The mouse is of typical weight which aids in stability/camping an area. The shape is good It looks professional. No LEDs, yay! Cons: - Side buttons have too much travel. The front one actually kinds of descends into the body of the mouse when fully depressed. - Left click sounds and feels different than the right click. I think this has something to do with the buttons being part of the mouse body. I prefer the mouse to have segmented buttons for repairability and to prevent unwanted clicks due to palm pressure - Scroll wheel feels cheap. Whatever the mechanism is used to register steps has loose clearances. It's that kind of scroll wheel I'd bet $50 won't work in 6 months. The steps are too far apart. Sure, it's good for switching weapons but for browsing any sort of content it takes a ton of strides. Yes, it's that kind of scroll wheel where you need 2 fingers for that extra scrolling speed. The middle click requires too much pressure and also feels like it wont work in 6 months. - Cable... It's your run of the mill rubber heavy cable. Excellent length though. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Zowie's monitors but their peripherals are not for me. ... show more

  • Mouse took me down memory lane -- LESS IS MORE
Size: Large Color: Matte Black
I am relieved to know that there is still a simple mouse being made. No gimmicks, no a billion buttons to push on, no weights -- NO SOFTWARE. If any of these mentioned are something you enjoy, this mouse is not for you. Remember the good old days when you would just plug in a mouse and go? Better yet, remember when you would have to remove the little ring underneath to clean the mouse, just for that ball to drop on the floor and say "where the hell did it go?" (ok, maybe the latter question was a little extreme). This mouse is extremely comfortable on my hands. I am not embarrassed to say that my hands are somewhat fat, so it can be tricky finding the right mouse. For reference, the Logitech G502 mouse that everybody raves about is just too damn skinny and uncomfortable for me. I've tried it and I've had to return it. I do mixture of gaming as well as office work - so best believe I spend hours holding the mouse for long FPS-game sessions, mixed with scrolling down websites or documents. I highly recommend this mouse. It's very simple and straight forward and COMFORTABLE -- EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! On a side note, I came from a Corsair Ironclaw which I was using for almost a year. I may be putting that one to the side for now... ... show more
