A bit of a stumble early on trying to figure out how to set up the batteries for this toy. A better instruction set would be useful. The remote control is easy to understand and control. My young nephew had no problems in controlling the toy with the remote in minutes. Surprisingly quick toy, and appeared durable (as in this thing was crashed into walls and cabinets with no issues. Just note that this toy was used exclusively on hardwood floors, no carpet.
