The app is simple and the ring was quick to pair. You will get most important health trackers you need on the app. The ring itself is waterproof, lightweight, and looks great. Quality is superb. I’ve been wearing it the whole time the past couple of days and doing my normal routine without taking it off, and so far it is working as expected. Battery life is surprisingly long and have not had the need to charge it. I have not had any issues washing dishes with it on. Sizing instruction before you purchase makes a lot of sense and no need to buy a ring sizer if you don’t have one. For the functionality you are looking for, you cannot go wrong for this perfectly priced smart ring.

Ring is thick and very wide so pretty uncomfortable to wear. It also didn’t keep track of my sleep cycle very well( didn’t recognize when I woke up to use the bathroom as awake time) I felt like the pedometer didn’t capture my accurate steps . I wore a friends Apple Watch at the same time and the counts were way off. Over all the app was easy to use and the rings quality was fine but not great. Not recommended.

I’m always excited to try out new tech, and the BENIO Ring Gen 2 really impressed me! I love that I can wear it anywhere to track my heart rate, blood oxygen, steps, calories burned, and even sleep—all without needing to carry my phone or wear a bulky device. Sure, the iPhone Fitness app has similar functions, but it’s just not practical to keep my phone with me during aerobic or anaerobic workouts. This ring, on the other hand, is so tiny and lightweight that I completely forget I’m even wearing it—even during intense kickboxing sessions! One of my favorite features is that it’s waterproof (5ATM!), so I don’t need to take it off when swimming or showering. It also fits my finger perfectly and looks sleek in the Galaxy Silver finish. When ordering, they provided a sizing guide, which was helpful—but here’s a tip: choose a slightly larger size than the base of your finger because the ring needs to pass over your knuckle, which is usually wider. If you're looking for a stylish, convenient fitness tracker, this smart ring is a game-changer!

Sometimes doesn’t track even when it’s fully charged. Steps are pretty off also compared to Apple Watch.

I have been wanting one of these for a while because I have a fitness tracker wrist band that I can’t always wear all of the time. And other times I take it off because it gives me notifications and if I’m taking a nap during the day, I don’t want that. But I still wanna be able to monitor my sleep and other items. So this ring was a compromise because my fitness tracker isn’t working right anymore and might have to have a replacement. So this has also been helpful proving to my warranty people that my fitness tracker wasn’t working because I had the data from this telling me when I slept. Plus, I think it tracks other stats a little better because the sensor is closer to my skin all the time where my fitness tracker is not because the band will stretch out a little sometimes and just move and this doesn’t so it makes it more accurate in my opinion. As you can see from the picture, I also have been wearing it next to four other little mini rings which are a little rougher on the surface than other rings because they’re faceted and they have not even scratched the ring. And it’s not caused my fingers to turn any colors. I don’t know if you’re supposed to take it off when you wash your hands and stuff and if I remember it, I do, but I’ve washed my hands and fully submerged this ring by accident and it still is working.

Good function for fitness tracker. My only issue is it a little to thick and gets hard to wear. I have to keep moving it from finger to thumb.

This ring fits great and so far gives good stats. It is very comfortable and has held up in water. So far has lasted 2 days and still has 90% Battery left. I did learn that I'm a very light sleeper and I plan on using this to study the difference between medications.
