From a child, I have always struggled with frequent urination. My doctor told me that it was nerve related, but offered me no medication. That was a good thing because I haven't taken medication for the past 12 years anyway. It was nothing for me to go 10-20 times per day, and the urgency would strike me sometimes with no advance warning. I would end up running to the bathroom and doing the pee pee dance. I often feared going into public or driving long distances. Fortunately for me, I was able to work in places that were in very close proximity to a restroom. What was equally as bad was I would awaken anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night to urinate, and would not get the proper rest. I would feel very tired the next morning. I am now 70 years old and I live alone without any disturbances to awaken me, and I do not have sleep apnea. I am in tip-top shape healthwise, but just couldn't get quality sleep. Dr. Berg from YouTube recently recommended trying Benfotiamine along with Thiamin which are both forms of Vitamin B. Look up his channel for that video. I followed his recommendation, and within the first week I saw a major improvement. I've been following this regimen for 3 or 4 weeks now, and I can go hours without having to go. I still drink coffee and tea along with bottled water throughout the day. From 10 to 20 times per day, I am now about 6 to 8 times per day. At night, I may awaken 1 time, but many nights I am sleeping through the night, something I haven't done in many years. I feel more confident driving and being in public. Please understand that the results may vary if you consume alcohol or if you are not living a healthy lifestyle. I do a lot of medical research, and from what I know, B1 is essential for our nervous system. Some doctors are experiencing good results with patients presenting neuropathy and other nerve-related issues. Benfotiamine is generally safe with little to no side effects.

I ordered Benfotiamine from Double Wood Supplements based on the recommendations of numerous doctors and health experts on the internet. Although I do not suspect I have a Vitamin B1 deficiency, I wanted to be absolutely sure. I have been experiencing neuropathy in my fingers and carpal tunnel syndrome has been ruled out. The experts I listened to said the B1 in Benfotiamine is very potent and works more efficiently than standard B1. They also indicated that Benfotiamine aided the nerve cells in creating more energy and so can help to repair damaged myelin (the protective covering around your nerves). It's worth a shot. I feel there has been some improvement but it is honestly very hard to quantify since the numbness level is random. However, knowing that nerve damage can take a long time to repair itself, I will continue to take Benfotiamine for at least six months. Double Wood has great pricing and fast, reliable shipping. I will continue to business with them for Benfotiamine as well as other supplements.
